MORGELLONS : A NEW CLASSIFICATION

I am not offering any medical advice or diagnosis with the presentation of this information. I am acting solely as an independent researcher providing the results of extended observation and analysis of unusual biological conditions that are evident.
The so-called "Morgellons" condition has thus far defied proper identification as to its root causes or nature. Although there appear to be many varieties of manifestation, this researcher has from the beginning attempted to identify and focus on those aspects that exist as common denominators. Available resources and technology by necessity limit the scope of this examination, and it is expected that additional discovery will come to light. At the present time, however, a set of four primary components has been established at the microscopic level as having , at the very least, some degree of association with the condition. These are (at a minimum):
1. An encasing filament structure, generally on the order of 12 to 20 microns in thickness, and it is this form which is visible to the human eye. This encasing filament may contain an internal network of sub-micron filaments, or some combination of the following items on this list.
2. A chlamydia-like organism (Chlamydia pneumonia is the strongest candidate thus far) measuring on the order of 0.5 to 0.8 microns.
3. A pleomorphic form (Mycoplasma-like is the strongest candidate thus far).
4. An erythrocytic (red blood cell - likely artificial or modified) form.
It is proposed that one reason that this set of organisms has defied definition is because IT NEVER HAS existed before, i.e., it is indeed a "new" organism. The question that arises is how do we go about classifying the overlying form given the underlying complexity and variation of the INTERNAL constituents? This paper will attempt to provide a rationale that is consistent with the available information and evidence.
The term "Morgellons" arose out of necessity and convenience; it did not arise from a basic understanding of the dynamics and metabolism of the organism(s) involved. This is understandable for many reasons, not the least of which is that no such foundation of knowledge even existed at the time. This foundation remains far removed, undoubtedly in part because of the pattern of denial, refusal and misdiagnosis that has plaqued the "formal" involvements or investigations from the onset. Whether or not the failure to confront the reality of the condition has been deliberate or not, history shall judge for us regardless of our belated participation.
The name "Morgellons" will probably stick with us now whether we like it or not, and whether is is accurate or not. The term will almost always be shrouded in controversy and denial to a certain degree. This is the way of language and of human beings. Again, how much of this mire is deliberate or a result of confusion and ignorance is also uncertain, but at some point the truth speaks to us whether we are ready to listen or not.
The point of this paper is to strive for a foundation that is, to the best of my knowledge on the subject, consistent and accurate with regard to that which is known. My research is not complete or representative of the whole, it is only that which I can offer under the circumstances. These circumstances are hampered by the lack of open, fair and honest discourse amongst the public, professional and governmental communities and by the lack of coordinated and properly funded research. It is nevertheless, the best overall picture that I can offer at this time.
Now, to the details:
One of the more vexing challenges that faces the characterization of this condition is the diversity of form and structure within the set of components identified. Also, under certain circumstances, all four components have been identified as existing within a single integral unit, i.e, all bounded by the encasing filament structure. In addition, the filament form appears to represent the culmination of the developmental stages, at least within the culture trials examined thus far.
If we take each of these components separately, the confusion of varying form becomes apparent:
1. First, with regard to the encasing filament, the more obvious interpretation might be that we could be dealing with a fungal form. Unfortunately we run into numerous difficulties right away, such as no known match to any fungal form has been established thus far. A breakdown of the filament has been accomplished by subjecting it to extremes in chemistry and heat, and this is highly indicative of a protective casing to the internal components. One of the reasons that we cannot have a match to known fungal forms is because of what is happening INTERNAL to the encasing filament, which brings us to the second item on the list.
2. The chlamydia-like structure would appear on the surface to be a bacterial form. Chlamydia (esp. Chlamyida pneumonia) has been suggested as one target candidate because of numerous parallels in morphology, biological characteristics and symptomology that are in accordance with my study of that particular organism. But we must also notice that from the beginning, I have specifically used the term "chlamydia-like" , and not Chlamydia, for two good reasons:
a) No absolute and proper means of identification at the required level has come forth from any source.
b) Certain characteristics of the organism DO NOT fit the Chlamydia genus, especially with regard to chemical and thermal stresses that have been placed on the organism during various testing procedures.
3. The pleomorphic (many forms) form is difficult by its vary nature, as indicated by the name itself. The mycoplasma candidate, at its origin, is too small to be seen with conventional microscopy. It is one of the smallest, if not the smallest bacterial form known and has the distinguishing feature of having no cell wall. It is this very lack of the cell wall that allows for the pleomorphic form to occur. Therefore it appears that we are dealing with only a subsequent morphology that develops and is visible, and it is at this level that this candidate identification has been made. Unfortunately, we also have the same chemical and heat stress issues with this structure as we do with the the chlamydia-like structure. Thus far, both of these "bacterial-like" forms have resisted all chemical and heat extremes that they have been subjected to. The fact that the bacterial-like forms exist WITHIN the encasing filament confronts us with an additional serious contradiction in conventional taxonomy.
4. And lastly, at least for now, we consider the erythrocytic (red blood cell) form. This identification truly stretches the limit of common understanding and conventional knowledge. Erythrocytes are from blood, and blood comes from animals. The appearance of this entity is completely incongruent with any fungal or bacterial interpretation that we might attempt to make. Even the appearance of an erythrocyte (artificial or not) outside of the host biology is a leap outside of conventional knowlege and public discourse. And so, we are forced to ask, how could this be?
We must now talk about phylogeny, or the structural aspects of life as we know them to be (i.e., the Tree of Life).
Science often evolves arduously and gradually, and many times this is for good cause and reason and to our benefit. At other times, the processes of review and acceptance are stubborn to the point that they deliberately hamper the progress and renaissance of understanding that is eventually to usher in. Certainly at times, and usually for that matter, there are power, economic and institutional frameworks in place that have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo. The emotional state of society must be prepared and "ready" to accept the knowledge base that has painstakenly developed over the decades that precede those special moments of insight that have been gifted to mankind.
One of these transformational states appears to have occurred in 1978. In that year, Carl R. Woese provided a somewhat radical interpretation to our understanding of phylogeny1, There were obviously difficulties that existed with the earlier template that had been established, which was composed of six "kingdoms", for example, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, the fungal kingdom, etc.2. What Woese did was to seek the lowest common denominator within phylogenetic relationships, and it was the RNA (ribonucleic acid), or the underlying genetics, of the organism that became the key of understanding. As such, Woese essentially re-wrote the blueprint of the structure for life as we know it, and elevated (and reduced at the same time) the structural branches to three DOMAINS instead of six "kingdoms". It would appear (after this period of roughly 30 years) that the insight of Woese has been generally accepted and rightfully transformational in our understanding of the "structure" of life. This demonstrates to us that science is sometimes in need of radical change, and that we should not become too comfortable as to what we think is true or false.
These Domains are :
1. The Bacteria
2. The Archaea
3. The Eukarya
It is in our interest to understand the basic members and characteristics of each of these groups, as they represent a simpler, more comprehensive and a more accurate model for the understanding of life's "structural" features. I encourage each of us to make this effort, at least at the fundamental level. The three domains vary in the cell type, cell wall, membrane lipid(fat) structure, protein synthesis, the transfer RNA molecules and in their sensitivity to antibiotics3. Even the terms prokaryote and eukaroyte(non-nuclei or nuclei) are no longer adequate and they fail to define the salient features identified by Woese.
What has prompted this paper is the realization that the "Morgellons" condition crosses the lines between these three Domains.
Here is, at least in part, the reasoning for the rather bold statement that has been made:
The difficulties with the "bacterial like" forms (chlamyida-like and mycoplasma-like) have already been enumerated. The testing processes thus far have subjected these two components to boiling, extremely strong alkalis (sodium hydroxide, bleaches) and extremely strong acids (e.g., hydrochloric acid). There is also good reason to think that the structures have been subjected, at a minimum, to extremes of cold (e.g., -50 to -60 deg. C). At this point none of these stresses imparted to the "structures" have damaged their viability for future growth or reproduction. Under the best of circumstances, it appears as though these structures are held in biological stasis or dormancy until more favorable environmental conditions return. One of the dominant characteristics of the Archaea is their ability to withstand extreme environmental conditions and stress. It is representative to encounter these forms of life in volcanic vents and deep under the ice shelf; they are prime candidates in the explorations for extraterrestrial life. Many of the organisms from the Archaea group do not require oxygen and can thrive under anaerobic conditions that metabolize carbon dioxide rather than oxygen. Archaea are considered to likely be one of the oldest forms of life on earth. It is relevant to mention that the Archaea are not sensitive to antibiotics4, and it is of interest to note that the existence of Archean pathogenic forms has apparently not yet been established.
By the same token there are some aspects of these two structures that are quite in accord with bacterial expectations, i.e., metabolism within a cell, size, pathogenic impact, symptomology, etc.. It is this variation that forces us to consider a crossover between two of the Domains even at this early level of discussion, i.e., the Bacteria and the Archaea.
In addition, we must now consider the encasing filament structure. On the surface, this would appear to bring the Eukarya to the forefront, as the fungi are one element of this group. The Eukarya includes such examples as fungi, protozoa, slime molds, plants and animals. The difficulties, as mentioned before, are that no such fungal identification exists to date and that structures more representative of the OTHER Domains occur INTERNAL to the encasing filament.
And lastly, the existence of an "erthyrocytic" form violates all boundaries from any of the considerations above. Blood cells emerge in the more complex phyla of life, such as humans, for example. Blood cells, by any conventional biology, do not grow from test tubes. Admittedly, the desire to create an artificial blood has been a holy grail of biological research for some time now5. The commercial world teeters on the edge of artificial blood production and we should not be surprised if clandestine operations have made significant advances in this field. But at this stage, regardless of the marvels involved, one does not expect Eukarya characteristics to share the same house with the Bacteria and Archaea Domains.
The Eukarya are also6 stated to be insensitive to antibiotics. The fact that two of the three domains have this insensitivity points out the difficulties that might be expected in treating the condition with conventional antibiotics.
As such, it appears that we are dealing with an "organism" that transcends the structural existence that has been defined for life itself. The Morgellons condition appears, by the best information and analysis to date, to be an orchestrated synthesis that crosses the lines of the three established Domains of life on this planet. It is very difficult to envision, at this state of knowledge, that this "organism" (for the sake of discussion) is the result of any "natural" or "evolutionary" process. This hypothesis, if accepted, forces us to consider the very real prospect of deliberate and willful indulgence in the arena of genetic engineering. This could certainly explain, at least in part, the deliberate and willful lack of disclosure and honesty on the issue to the public. We may also ask what was the motivation for the "ordained" mis-diagnosis of 'delusional parasitosis' that was promoted so negligently and that has now failed so prominently? Disclosure and full honesty will reclaim their rightful positions in the end, regardless of the machinations of our own species.
The more appropriate "term" for this condition may evolve in like order to that which has been described for science in general; I will not confuse the issue with additional nomenclature at this time. What has happened here is that the term "Morgellons" now encompasses a broader context than that which has been previously understood. I shall always correct my ways if a straightforward address of the issues reveals that everything after all is amazingly simple, and that we can get on with our ordinary business of taking yet another pill to alleviate the symptoms. The evidence and history thus far does not project such an innocent and gleeful outcome, and in the meantime we must prepare ourselves for the heinousness that has been unleashed, by whatever means, upon us.

Rather, the emphasis is on "non-lethal" chemical weapons that incapacitate. JNLWD's science advisors define "non-lethal" as resulting in death or permanent injury in 1 in 100 victims.(1) JNLWD's Research Director told a US military magazine "We need something besides tear gas, like calmatives, anesthetic agents, that would put people to sleep or in a good mood." These weapons are intended for use against "potentially hostile civilians", in anti-terrorism operations, counterinsurgency, and other military operations.
The major focus of JNLWD's operation is on the use of drugs as weapons, particularly so-called "calmatives", a military term for mind-altering or sleep inducing chemical weapons.”
March 26 it was reported that Vaccine side effects scare grips Ukraine as thousands of Ukrainians refused the vaccinations being scared of diseases like diphtheria, mumps, polio, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, whooping cough among others.
Then the Health officials said that the fear of getting these vaccinations could lead to disease outbreaks spreading through out the Soviet republic and beyond. Health officials around the world then said they are struggling with the repercussions of the vaccination fears as they were unwarrented and dangerous
June 26 Suspicious aircrafts were forced to land. A US operated AN-124 changed its call sign from civillian to military which then triggered a response from the IAF upon entering Pakistani air space, the plane was forced to land in Mumbai while the second one was forced down by Nigerian figther jets that also arrested the crew.
According to reports China (China’s People's Liberation Army Air Force) contacted the Indian and Nigerian intelligence officials about the presence of these US operated Ukranian aircrafts amidst growing concern that the United States were spreading "biological agents" in the Earth's atmosphere also which some Chinese officals believed to be a attempt to mass genocide via the spread of h1n1 swine flu.
The strange thing about these reports and arrests as well as the forcing down of the planes were that these aircrafts were carrying "waste disposal" systems that could spray up to 45000kg or 100pounds of aerial type mist from sophisticated network of nano pipes that led throughout the trailing edges of the wings thereby dispersing whatever was in these tanks through a mist.

19 September A Chicago researcher dies working with Yersinia pestis (the plague) (which is now supposedly spreading through Ukraine)
A University of Chicago researcher died Sun., Sept. 13, at the Medical Center's Bernard Mitchell Hospital from an infection which may be attributable to a weakened laboratory strain of Yersinia pestis, the bacteria that causes the plague.
The researcher studied the genetics of harmful bacteria, including a weakened strain of Yersinia pestis that lacks the bacteria's harmful components. This strain is not known to cause illness in healthy adults and has been used in some countries as a live-attenuated vaccine to protect against plague. It has been approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for routine laboratory studies. The weakened strain does not require the special safety precautions required for work with virulent strains.
Though there does not appear to be a threat to the public, and no other illness related to this case has been reported, the Medical Center infection control team is working with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the CDC to investigate the case and take all appropriate precautions.
“This death is a tragic loss to our community,” said James L. Madara, MD, Dean of the Biological Sciences Division and Pritzker School of Medicine, and CEO of the Medical Center. “We are all saddened to lose a valued colleague.”
The patient's initial autopsy showed no obvious cause of death except for the presence of bacteria. Routine cultures of the patient's blood grew the weakened strain of Y. pestis. Whether the attenuated strain caused the fatal illness in this researcher remains uncertain. Additional studies to assess the connection are underway.
Nevertheless, once the attenuated strain of Y. pestis was identified on Sept. 18, Medical Center officials immediately notified the CDPH. As a precautionary measure and in cooperation with the CDPH, Medical Center personnel began notification of family, friends, colleagues and health care personnel who may have had contact with the patient.
People exposed to Y. pestis typically develop symptoms within 2 to 10 days. None of the potential contacts has reported illness. The weakened strain is not believed to be dangerous to healthy individuals, but underlying health conditions could potentially increase susceptibility. Anyone who might have been exposed will be offered antibiotics as a precaution.
While rare in the United States, plague remains a significant problem in the developing world, where up to 3,000 cases are reported every year. U.S. cases still occur in parts of California, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. The last known case of person-to-person transmission of plague in the United States occurred in 1924.
Then LAST WEEK Airplanes sprayed mysterious substance over Ukraine days before pneumonic plague outbreak
Kiev, Ukraine - Authorities in the town of Kiev, Ukraine denied any spraying of "aerosolized medication" by aircraft over the city. This after it was reported that light aircrafts were seen flying over the forest market area that sprayed a aerosol substance to fight h1n1 or swine flu.
5 Sources confirms this and the local newspapers of Kiev also received hundreds of phone calls from residents and business owners close to the area the planes were spraying the suspicious substance. Not only that but local businesses and retailers were "advised" to stay indoors during the day by the local authorities.
As if that is not enough, the government authorities also pushed the radio stations in Kiev to deny the reports. Online on forums, websites and blogs reports came in about eye witness accounts that confirms this. There was also reports of helicopters spraying aerosols over Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil and throughout Ukraine.
30th October the Ukraine president Viktor Yushchenko ordered the army or Ministry of Defense to establish mobile hostpitals to provide “essential medications” for people infected with h1n1 (swine flu).
Then just recently the entire Ukraine was put under martial law, more shocking is the statement before the serious pneumonic plague broke out “Due to the complex epidemiological situation in the western regions of Ukraine, where tens of thousands of people have become ill, thousands are in hospital, and dozens have died.”
So what exactly is going on here? Coincidence or not?

Since early March of 2009 the skies over Canada’s Capital City have been littered with chemtrails dispensed by jets that resemble Boeing passenger 747’s. It all started about a week or so before Swine Flu news hit the mainstream. From that point on, the amount of chemtrails being sprayed in to the skies has gradually intensified.
The masses are awakening at an unprecedented rate.
So the question that needs to be asked is what is being sprayed into our skies, and why ? It is known amongst certain groups of people, that chemtrails consist mainly of Barium salts and Aluminum. This cocktail appears as a white spray (similar to a contrail, but lingers in the sky) and once dispersed can easily be mistaken for high altitude clouds. Some have even witnessed planes spraying a brown substance from low altitudes. This substance which has been observed, lands on the ground as a stringy/sticky gel. All of the deliveries were made at night, and the truck(s) were all escorted by armed undercover ex-cops/private security. Many of the loads were either picked up or dropped of at underground missile silos. The personnel receiving the deliveries were often in full Hazmat gear. The truck driver and his family were inoculated for ‘protection’ against bird flu. This truck driver was paid at a Bank of America branch in a back room. He anonymously gave a number to the bank and was paid in cash on the spot. He was summoned randomly by DHS for meetings at 3am, and examined regularly to make sure he had not contracted the virus. One of his colleagues who owned an especially long flat bed was hired as part of the operation to haul an 80 ton missile across the country. The extremely heavy load blew his breaks and DHS promptly reacted and had them immediately fixed so he could complete the delivery. Many of the truck driver’s deliveries were extremely mysterious in nature. He was often told to drive an empty truck from one location to another and then was stopped at a random site and led down a private road to a dropoff point, (many of which were underground missile silos) so if interrogated he could not divulge sensitive information. Since early March of 2009 the skies over Canada’s Capital City have been littered with chemtrails dispensed by jets that resemble Boeing passenger 747’s. We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better. It has to do with "steady state" and particle density for plasma beam propagation.
They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma generated by "zapping" the metal cations (positively-charged ions, which have fewer electrons than protons) that are in the spray with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground [Ground Wave Emergency Network], or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.
More density [more particles] means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there - is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons.
Chemtrails are the medium - GWEN pulse radars, the various HAARPs, and space-based lasers are the method, or more simply:

This system appears to be in Russia, Canada, the United States, and all of Europe. Exotic weapons can be mobile, stationary, land-based, aerial, or satellite.
It is an offensive and defensive system against EM attacks and missiles. It uses ionospheric particle shells as defense mechanisms [like a bug-zapper shell] * against missiles and EM attacks. That means they spray and then pump up the spray with electromagnetics. When these shells are created using the oscillating, electromagnetic, gyrotron stations, it "excludes" and displaces the background magnetic field.
These shells can be layered one above another in a canopy fashion for extra protection from missiles. The chemtrail sprays have various elements in them like carbon which can used to absorb microwaves. Some of these sprays have metal flakes in them that make aerial craft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets.
There are satellite weapons involved. Activists are using meters and are getting readings of microwaves, x-rays, and some other kind of emission that they are not sure of, maybe a low-intensity laser.
They are also photographing gas plasma generation due to the heating of chemtrails by electromagnetics. The technical names for vertical and horizontal plasma columns are columnar focal lenses and horizontal drift plasma antennas. Various size of gas plasma orbs are associated with this technology. These orbs can be used as transmitters and receivers because they have great, refractory and optical properties. They also are capable of transmitting digital or analog sound. Barium, in fact, is very refractive - more refractive than glass.
What does that mean?
Someone or someones are very involved in unconstitutional, domestic spying and the entrained plasma orbs carried on electromagnetic beams can be used for mind control programming. The satellites can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of your body. These electromagnetic beams carrying the gas plasma orbs stick due magnetic polarity and frequency mapping and tracking to people's eyes, ears, temples, and private parts.
A beam with entrained orbs carries pictures in each orb just like the different frames in a movie. It is a particle beam that is also a frequency weapon.
The satellites download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology. The Air Force has stated in "Air Force 2025" that their goal is to develop virtual and augmented reality mind control. Depending on the how the computer is programmed or depending on the mood or intent of the person interfacing with the technology, you can be probed, bothered, gaslighted, frightened, manipulated, electronically raped, or tortured. It scans your brain frequencies and deciphers your thoughts.
The satellites track you by mapping your bioenergetic signature [body biometrics] and constantly scanning an area to find you.
We are the lab rats for this technology and something is very wrong in the military or intelligence branches somewhere. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, I suppose someone could be using and developing this technology secretly and without authorization. "HAARPs" can create earthquakes and can also x-ray the earth to find underground military bases, gold, or oil reserves. These ionospheric heaters can also operate as an over-the-horizon or under-the-ocean communications system. This system can control the weather or create disasters.

These weapons involve beams. Two beams overlapped will couple into a particle-ion beam that will bounce off of a remote target and send a holographic image back to the satellite for remote spying operations. When you cross two strong beams, you can supposedly* create scalar energies. These energies can be used as untraceable weapons for nuclear size explosions or for defense.
These crossed-energies can be used to cause a person's physical electrical system to fail or with a lower frequency, administer a kind of remote electro-shock. Visualize touching a positive and negative electric cable to each other on top of your head. Scalar energies can be utilized in hand-held military guns and on tanks. They can dud-out electronics or cause large, electrical blackouts. Scalar energies are practically impossible to shield against. You need lead, ceramics, and a deep underground facility to not be affected by these weapons. Or, you need to be up and above the field of battle.
People who are working on these issues hear tones and hums. If you hear persistent tones and static; have body vibrations, burning sensations, "bangs" to the head, neurological damage, or immune system damage; are hearing electronic voices or hearing the sound of a plasma; suffering from pains deep in your organs or constant headaches; or experiencing other anomalous activity then you may be being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminum and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria, viruses, dessicated red blood cells, crystalline substances, carbon, metal cations, lithium, other chemicals, heavy metals, and God knows what - probably smart dust, or nanocrap. Are we acceptable losses or is this by design?
I know that many of the major players have big investments in pharmaceutical companies, GM seeds [seeds that can grow in an electromagnetic soup], weapons and directed energy development contracts, oil contracts, genetic research, and mind control research.

I assume that they know the dangers of this system and that they take care to stay in their shielded, air-filtered offices, homes, bases, and cars. I assume they take chelating substances to remove the barium and aluminum from their bodies and minds. If not, then they really do not understand the far-ranging implications of this destructive system. Congress may not understand just what a terrible weapons system and control grid they are funding.
As I understand it, Tesla towers attached to deep-earth, free-energy taps are to be created over the 10-12 magnetic poles and the GWEN system phased-out. Has this already been done? This should allow total control of the earth through giant, Tesla death ray-guns. This natural, electromagnetic earth was not meant to be an un-natural dynamo to power man's weapons or his utility companies.
Over-unity systems [Tesla devices] * are as of yet, another unexplored and probably not understood man-made energy. We should be very suspect of free energy. And, what goes around blows around, right? So, these substances are probably actually global. It sure makes a ton of sense to spray poisonous elements in 24 NATO countries and let the substances be carried around the earth on the jet streams to poison yourself, your enemies, and all neutral and non-combatant countries.

The technical names for vertical and horizontal plasma columns are columnar focal lenses and horizontal drift plasma antennas. Various size of gas plasma orbs are associated with this technology. These orbs can be used as transmitters and receivers because they have great, refractory and optical properties. They also are capable of transmitting digital or analog sound. Barium, in fact, is very refractive - more refractive than glass.
What does that mean?
Someone or someones are very involved in unconstitutional, domestic spying and the entrained plasma orbs carried on electromagnetic beams can be used for mind control programming. The satellites can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of your body. These electromagnetic beams carrying the gas plasma orbs stick due magnetic polarity and frequency mapping and tracking to people's eyes, ears, temples, and private parts.
A beam with entrained orbs carries pictures in each orb just like the different frames in a movie. It is a particle beam that is also a frequency weapon.
The satellites download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology. The Air Force has stated in "Air Force 2025" that their goal is to develop virtual and augmented reality mind control. Depending on the how the computer is programmed or depending on the mood or intent of the person interfacing with the technology, you can be probed, bothered, gaslighted, frightened, manipulated, electronically raped, or tortured. It scans your brain frequencies and deciphers your thoughts.
The satellites track you by mapping your bioenergetic signature [body biometrics] and constantly scanning an area to find you.
We are the lab rats for this technology and something is very wrong in the military or intelligence branches somewhere. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, I suppose someone could be using and developing this technology secretly and without authorization. Then again, behavioral and mind control programs were an authorized policy under MKULTRA.
Our country has a history of experimenting on its citizens. We are talking about satellite charged-particle frequency weapons attacking a person 24 hours a day. Psychotronic weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction by the U.N.
"HAARPs" can create earthquakes and can also x-ray the earth to find underground military bases, gold, or oil reserves. These ionospheric heaters can also operate as an over-the-horizon or under-the-ocean communications system. This system can control the weather or create disasters.

...it constitutes one, big global and space control grid.
These weapons involve beams. Two beams overlapped will couple into a particle-ion beam that will bounce off of a remote target and send a holographic image back to the satellite for remote spying operations. When you cross two strong beams, you can supposedly* create scalar energies. These energies can be used as untraceable weapons for nuclear size explosions or for defense.
These crossed-energies can be used to cause a person's physical electrical system to fail or with a lower frequency, administer a kind of remote electro-shock. Visualize touching a positive and negative electric cable to each other on top of your head. Scalar energies can be utilized in hand-held military guns and on tanks. They can dud-out electronics or cause large, electrical blackouts. Scalar energies are practically impossible to shield against. You need lead, ceramics, and a deep underground facility to not be affected by these weapons. Or, you need to be up and above the field of battle.
People who are working on these issues hear tones and hums. If you hear persistent tones and static; have body vibrations, burning sensations, "bangs" to the head, neurological damage, or immune system damage; are hearing electronic voices or hearing the sound of a plasma; suffering from pains deep in your organs or constant headaches; or experiencing other anomalous activity then you may be being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. These weapons could be on helicopters, jets, stealth fighters, or on satellites.
Directed energy beams and electromagnetic waves can be sent to you via hand-held devices or piggy-backed in on cell phone and satellite towers.
Is it possible that someone(s) are very afraid of coming famines and riots due to the ongoing, man-induced failure of the ecological system, and they are saturating the earth with chemtrails for large-scale, gas plasma mind control? Is this the last grasp for the world's resources? Or, are they just control freaks and money mongers?
Someone would like to get to that oil under the melting [due to chemtrail-trapped EM heat] Artic. And, I guess the Third World is not a part of this system. I don't think that the developed nations are going to let them in on this either.
Any country that joins this NATO system will become mind-controlled and diseased due to the associated, intense, oscillating, electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic soup, and the poisonous, toxic chemtrails. Our DNA will break. We risk the earth's spin and tilt becoming messed up due to mucking around with the magnetic fields through this military technology. Maybe, it is already messed up.
It constitutes U.S. global domination via NATO and the erosion of civil rights. According to Charlotte Iserbyt and Al Martin, there are ex-KGB and ex-STASI advising our new Office of Total Information Awareness. They are the ones creating our new internal passports [national ID]. And under "The Treaty on Open Skies," we have overflights by Russian and German military.
Who exactly is flying those plasma-cloaked craft that are seen all over this country and mistaken for UFOs by people who do not know about this aerial deception technology?
Obviously, we have another "Project Paperclip" in the making. We can add the new thugs to the 2,000 Iraqi brought into country by Daddy Bush who are now living in Nebraska.
The elitist corporate government is going to hold the rest of us hostage with directed energy weapons in space, if the Policy for a New American Century group - PNAC - Bush and cronie think tank has their way, along with directed energy attacks against any country or citizen that they decide they do not like. These weapons can create climate war, weather war, mind war, cyber war, disease war, disaster war, and undetectable war.
Taken together they can create economic war.
If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminum and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria, viruses, dessicated red blood cells, crystalline substances, carbon, metal cations, lithium, other chemicals, heavy metals, and God knows what - probably smart dust, or nanocrap. Years of biowarfare testing on the American public is no big secret anymore. Spraying germs in the sky where they mutate due to the ultra-violet light -- brilliant plan, my man.
Are we acceptable losses or is this by design?
I know that many of the major players have big investments in pharmaceutical companies, GM seeds [seeds that can grow in an electromagnetic soup], weapons and directed energy development contracts, oil contracts, genetic research, and mind control research.
Some of these people have had a familial history of financial and policy support for population control, eugenics, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Marx, Pinochet, Hussein, and various other dictators. Some of the major players were the masterminds of the death squads in Central and South America. They stand to make a big profit on our death and disease.
Just take a look at Rumsfield and Tamiflu.
I assume that they know the dangers of this system and that they take care to stay in their shielded, air-filtered offices, homes, bases, and cars. I assume they take chelating substances to remove the barium and aluminum from their bodies and minds. If not, then they really do not understand the far-ranging implications of this destructive system. Congress may not understand just what a terrible weapons system and control grid they are funding.
As I understand it, Tesla towers attached to deep-earth, free-energy taps are to be created over the 10-12 magnetic poles and the GWEN system phased-out. Has this already been done? This should allow total control of the earth through giant, Tesla death ray-guns. This natural, electromagnetic earth was not meant to be an un-natural dynamo to power man's weapons or his utility companies.
Over-unity systems [Tesla devices] * are as of yet, another unexplored and probably not understood man-made energy. We should be very suspect of free energy. As we can see, the forms of man-made energy that have been created and used in the past have not been good for this planet. Maybe it is time to reconsider the options available to us through the development of crops for fuel, wind, solar, and water power.
We need world-wide, different, more holistic, renewable, energy programs.
Is there any good news? Yes.
There has been tons of particulate dumping through the spray operations for 8 years over the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and from what I can find out, over Russia. And, what goes around blows around, right? So, these substances are probably actually global. It sure makes a ton of sense to spray poisonous elements in 24 NATO countries and let the substances be carried around the earth on the jet streams to poison yourself, your enemies, and all neutral and non-combatant countries.
Talk about making more enemies.
The water, air, and soil of all of these countries is so saturated with metal cations that these weapons freaks should be able to zap and mind f--k each other quite well now and as often as they wish. Once they have clobbered each other with light-saber beams for a few years and razed and scorched sections of the earth, they may start to realize that this foreign policy will lead to a defective human race and a rotten economy.
Do you think they will have knocked some sense into each other by then and will decide that non-proliferation and arms reduction is the more civilized and mature direction to take in world affairs? I doubt it, cause only idiots would have developed horrific, planet-killer weapons like these.

Chemtrails: Suppression of Human Evolution

The author has monitored the chemtrail situation for the past year and a half, but refrained from writing an article about it until adequate data had been gathered to formulate a viable theory that was both original and more explanatory than any other out there. This theory was wrought both by contradiction and by positive proof. In other words, it exists because other explanations do not hold water. The impossible is eliminated, and what is left over, no matter how improbable, must be close to the truth. In this article, sample references will be given as positive proof, and the contradictory evidence shall be summarized below. Note that the sample references are merely samples, and not which this article's validity hinges upon.
Three Faulty Theories Seeking to Explain Chemtrails
Chemtrails are unusually persistent airplane contrails with impacts upon weather and the health of those exposed to chemtrail fallout. They have been sighted in many countries and during all hours of the day and night, though chemtrail spraying usually begins early in the morning and slows in the evening. Air crafts involved in this phenomenon are commercial and military planes, the latter identifiable by traveling in areas and directions otherwise restricted for commercial flights.
As pointed out in Stan and Holly Deyo's May 31'st Newsletter, there are three major theories concerning an explanation of the chemtrail phenomenon:
1) weather modification
2) mass inoculation
3) population control
These theories do not adequately explain the range of data gathered.
Weather Modification
The weather modification theory arises from two clues, first that increasing cloudiness and precipitation sometimes occurs after a day of spraying, and second that EDB (ethylene dibromide or dibromethane) has been found in chemtrail fallout. Ethylene dibromide has similar effects on cloud formation as silver iodide, a chemical normally used in cloud seeding.
But this theory does not explain the presence of genetically engineered viruses and bacteria in chemtrail residue, or the resulting epidemic of flu-like symptoms.
If anything, EDB serves partly as a condensation nuclei around which water vapor in the atmosphere can condense, making thick chemtrails visible for satellite tracking.
Mass Inoculation
The mass inoculation theory is more viable, as aerosol dispersion of vaccines is certainly possible as mentioned in a previous post. The government has put effort into vaccinating its military forces against anthrax. Supposedly, chemtrails are an attempt to vaccinate the entire population against anthrax.
But why would anthrax be the only agent, if not the major one, used in such an attack? There are others just as effective and easily dispersible. And with all the exposure of our bioterrorism efforts to protect against anthrax, what terrorist group would be dumb enough to choose something military forces, and possibly with chemtrails the entire population, are already vaccinated against?
The government is suspiciously certain that anthrax will be the method of choice, implying factions within, and not domestic or foreign terrorists, will be the initiators of such an attack.
Furthermore, spraying is occurring worldwide. Foreign governments are putting money and risk into spraying their respective populations. Since America would be the target of any such attack, spraying the rest of the world is a waste of money and time. Fact is, biological attacks are too localized an event to account for global spraying.
The secrecy of the chemtrail phenomenon puts it into the domain of black budget projects and shadow government operations. It is unwise to claim that the shadow government (the same one responsible for the Gulf War Syndrome cover-up, dangerous biological testing upon unsuspecting American citizens, avocation of fluoride in public water supplies, forceful suppression of alternative medicinal and technological inventions, electronic harassment of dissenters, and murder of whistle blowers) is spraying Joe Schmoe in Oklahoma just so that he can live and contribute to the overpopulation problem.
Overpopulation
Which brings us to the point of overpopulation. If the world's population is indeed to be reduced as drastically as demanded by the World Health Organization and the World Wildlife Fund among many, people need to die, not just stop reproducing. Supposedly, chemtrails are an effort to accomplish this.
Single agent spraying, whereby what's being applied now to the population will eventually kill them, is unlikely. Right now, people are recovering from chemtrail induced sickness. If single agent spraying was indeed the method, more people would be dead by now. And even with an agent possessing delayed lethality, the variability in immune responses among affected persons would result in some dying prematurely. Since chemtrail related deaths have been extremely low, the possibility of chemtrails containing delayed single agents is equally low.
Double agent spraying is another possibility. One benign agent is applied now, and its combination with an activator in the future would turn it lethal. The activator can be anything from another biological or chemical substances to electromagnetic fields such as those potentially generated by HAARP. The electromagnetic method is pure speculation and thus considered unlikely.
Applying the activator agent would result only in the deaths of those affected by the benign agent. This is a lot of work, hassle, and risk compared to just applying a single agent at that time and skipping ever having to deal with a benign agent. Why do double agent spraying and take the risk with visible chemtrails and whistle blowers now, when you can keep everything clandestine until that final day when you apply a lethal single application?
Double agent spraying is obviously not the method employed. Since single agent spraying has been discounted above, the "population control" theory does not hold.
With these major chemtrail theories discounted, a new theory is required to fit the data.
There are three pieces, chemtrails, gene therapy, and mass human mutation, that when put together, give rise to the following theory. So, let's take a look at the pieces of the puzzle in detail.
Piece 1: The Chemtrails
From the many analyses performed upon chemtrail residue samples and listed on the web, the following substances have been gathered and listed here (as mentioned in such sources as http://www.egroups.com/message/fr2/126? , http://www.carnicom.com/bio1.htm, and http://members.tripod.com/conspiracy2/contrailsanalyzed.htm)
1) Ethylene dibromide (dibromethane) - Banned in 1984 by the EPA, EDB (C2H4Br2) is a carcinogenic fuel additive and insecticide with a chloroform-like odor. It is claimed similar to silver iodide, which was once used for cloud seeding and weather modification purposes. When absorbed, EDB causes central nervous system depression and pulmonary edema, which is fluid accumulation in the lungs. Symptoms of pulmonary edema include shortness of breath, anxiety, wheezing, and coughing. It is extremely irritant to mucous membranes and the respiratory tract.
2) Pseudomonas aeruginosa - A common hardy bacteria that can be found in dirt (suggesting possible contamination of chemtrail ground samples) but commonly genetically engineered by companies as PathoGenesis for various purposes. The natural strains have been found to contaminate hospitals and drinking water. When inhaled into immunosuppressed lungs such as those of victims with cystic fibrosis, forms slime clusters called biofilms which are virtual bunkers against immune system defenses and antibiotics. It can transfer horizontally, meaning between species, genetic information to the host via transduction and conjugation. Conjugation involves the bacteria injecting a genetic package called a plasmid via a 'handshake' into a host cell, which receives it and in effect makes it a part of its own DNA. Transduction is similar, but instead of the bacteria sending a plasmid into the host, it sends bacteriophages (viruses) that contain some of the original bacteria's DNA and implants it within the host's DNA.
3) Pseudomonas fluorescens - another strain of the Pseudomonas variety found most often in soil and on plants. On plants, it produces antibiotics which shield the plant from fungal and bacterial infections. Most likely a contaminant in the analysis.
4) Enterobacteriaceae - Includes E.coli and salmonella which are culprits in cases of food poisoning. Most interesting of the Enterobacteriaceae family is the Klebsiella genus, whose species is responsible for pneumonia infections.
5) Serratia marcescens - a dangerous pathogen that can cause pneumonia.
This link reports that
"One of the biggest experiments involved the use of Serratia marcescens being sprayed over San Francisco. This organism is especially nice because it produces a red/pink pigment when grown on certain media, which makes identification very easy. At one point, 5000 particles/minute were sprayed from the coastal areas inward. During this time, 1 man died(in the hospital) and 10 others became infected in what was described as "a mystery to doctors." Although the military never did many follow up studies on these tests, one results was that it showed nearly every single person became infected with the test organism. In hindsight, now that some of this information has become declassified, it's been shown that during periods following spraying tests, there were 5-10 times the normal infections reported."
Visit this link from the Canadian Intelligence Security Service to view more information on the San Fransisco 1950 biological testing. In summary, the military released Serratia marcescens upon the San Fransisco population to test the effectiveness of a terrorist bio-attack. Following this was an outbreak of pneumonia which killed on man.
9) Streptomyces - "Streptomycetes are used to produce the majority of antibiotics applied in human and veterinary medicine and agriculture, as well as anti-parasitic agents, herbicides, pharmacologically active metabolites (e.g. immuno-suppressants) "
10) A restriction enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA -- such an enzyme cleaves open DNA and allows desired segments to be inserted before recombining.
11) Other bacteria and toxic molds capable of producing heart disease, encephalitis, meningitis, as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.
It is known that within three days of a particular heavy spraying, outbreaks of respiratory illnesses occur in the exposed population. Some develop pneumonia, others colds, flu-like symptoms, and depressed immune functions. Instances of meningitis and encephalitis have also increased in correlation with sprayings.
Note that no viruses are listed above. This is because viruses are difficult to detect in the laboratory, much less identify. However, most of the resulting illnesses do not respond to antibiotics, suggesting their causes are indeed viral. From points made later in this article, such viruses are most likely retroviruses such as the adenovirus for use in sinister gene 'therapy.'
It has been discussed what is in chemtrails, but how particularly are they generated and for what reasons?
Account of an Airline Mechanic
An airline mechanic describes his accidental discovery of a commercial plane's chemtrail pumping system:
...When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system.
...The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before.
...The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons.
Later is a response from an airline manager concerning Project Cloverleaf:
"...Airline companies in America have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999.
...They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft.
When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren't cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why didn't they just rig military aircraft to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren't enough military aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That's why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere.
Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicals are and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority that the public doesn't need to know what's going on, but that this program is in their best interests."
The veracity of these comments are uncertain, but with other circumstantial evidence at hand, they appear to be truthful. They suggest that for at least the past two years, commercial airlines have participated in dispersing unknown substances during regular flight, unbeknownst to all but the waste disposal mechanics and need-to know staff.
How Chemtrails are Dispersed
Next comes the question of how exactly chemtrails are dispersed. This was hinted at in the airline mechanic's account of seeing three tanks containing liquid. The purpose of these three tanks is evident when present patented technology is taken into account.
Here is the abstract of patent # 03994437:
A method and apparatus are provided for evenly disseminating by broadcast techniques trace quantities of biologically active chemicals such as nutrients, insecticides, fungicides, growth regulators and the like. The biologically active chemical is encapsulated in a microdispenser such as a filamentary conduit of regulated cross-section and length. The filled microdispensers are then metered into a moving carrier fluid stream, preferably air, and the carrier fluid containing the microdispensers is then evenly dispensed throughout the area. In an alternate preferred embodiment, the microdispensers are coated with a second material which may be either another biologically active material or a sticker for attaching the microdispenser to living organisms such as plants or animals. The method and apparatus is also applicable to biologically active chemicals contained in laminated microdispenser structures for dissemination and release.
In the actual patent, however, the author states that the fiber sizes are quite large, with inside diameters of 7-50 mils and lengths of two inches. These sizes he states, are preferred, though not limiting numbers. It is possible that this technology has been updated to produce microfilaments such as the 'cobwebs' seen falling from the sky after chemtrail sprayings.
What's important is the encapsulation of biologically active materials in a polymer coating. The minimum number of liquids to accomplish this is three, two to form polymers such as polyesters, polyolefins, acrylics, modacrylics, polyamides upon reaction during mixing with one another, and the third being the biologically active liquid. Another patent entitled "ENCAPSULATION BY INTERFACIAL POLYCONDENSATION" 3577515, describes this process perfectly.
Overview of the Chemtrail Phenomenon
Chemtrails appear worldwide, though it has been claimed that none have been sighted in China. The author has personally witnessed them in Germany. Although chemtrails in foreign countries may be due to planes originating from the US, or from US military bases in those countries, the heaviness of spraying there suggests that foreign governments and commercial agencies are involved. As stated, this contradicts the hypothesis that chemtrails are sprayed to protect Americans from an anthrax attack, as terrorists would not target countries other than America, especially many of the lesser countries in which chemtrails have still been sighted.
What is to be gleaned from the preceding point is that governments worldwide are involved in aggressively spraying the population with agents that have biological effects. They are in a hurry, considering their frequency and density of coverage, as if a deadline is to be met. The project has risked discovery by employing commercial airlines to help with the spraying, and such a risk can only be justified if the project itself were in the nature of an emergency. They have also risked their secrecy by spraying during the day to affect as many people as possible, when all below can plainly see these contrails are anything but.
What worldwide emergency could be of such importance and threat to the world governments?
Piece 2: Bacterially Induced Transcession and Gene Therapy via Vector Viruses
This section concerns altering one's DNA via incorporation of foreign DNA from bacteria or viruses.
First Clue that Viruses Affect Host's DNA
The term 'transcession' appears in a Leading Edge article, quoted as follows:
"One of the indications that vaccinations may in fact be changing the genetic structure of humans became evident in September of 1971, when scientists at the University of Geneva made the discovery that biological substances entering directly into the bloodstream could become part of human genetic structure. In one experiment, scientists in Geneva extracted the auricles of frog hearts and dipped them for several hours in a suspension of bacteria.
Afterward, they found a high percentage of RNA-DNA hybridization between bacterial DNA extracted from bacteria of the same species as that used in the experiment and titrated DNA extracted from the auricles which had been dipped in the bacterial suspension. Bacterial DNA had been absorbed by the animal cells. This phenomenon has been dubbed transcession. There is evidence that this kind of phenomenon is happening all the time within the human body. It is conceivable, for example, that heart damage following rheumatic fever could the the result of the immune system reacting to its own cells producing a foreign RNA complex after absorption of foreign DNA." For those interested in the transcession capability of vaccines, consider this quote about gene therapy:
"Yet another technique is to simply inject naked DNA. This approach wouldn't work well as direct injection into the bloodstream because the body's DNA degrading enzymes would quickly digest it. But some experiments have shown that when naked DNA is injected directly into muscle tissue [as in a vaccine injection], say, the cells start producing whatever proteins the DNA codes for. In other words, transcession is the process whereby bacterial DNA becomes part of a host cell's DNA. The term transcession is more commonly known as transduction, or conjugation, more generally termed horizontal gene transfer. Horizontal means between species, as opposed to vertical which is from parent to offspring.
Gene Therapy Employs Viruses to Alter Host DNA

Here's another excerpt from an article confirming the use of viruses in gene therapy:
"To turn viruses into gene ferries, scientists have developed ways of stripping the genes out of a virus and substituting copies of the genes they want to transfer into cells. The virus is then mixed with cells taken out of the body that are then returned. Or they can be injected directly into the body itself, homing in on the cells of interest. Retroviruses, which insert their genetic code directly into the chromosomes of the host cell, have been used a lot because of their ability to break into chromosomes and insert the DNA. Other viruses are now also being used. One of the big drawbacks of viruses is that the immune system can't tell the difference between bad viruses and those that carry a beneficial gene. So, many of the viruses are rapidly wiped out [that is, of course, unless the immune system is weakened by other chemical/biological agents such that these viruses survive long enough to transduce their DNA into the host]." Methods of Applying Gene Therapy via Virus Vectors to Patients
Non-invasive methods of gene therapy are already well established. A team at the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia accomplished just that using an oral method of gene therapy:
Dr. During and his colleagues inserted a beta-galactosidase gene--which encodes for an enzyme that breaks down lactose--into an adeno-associated virus vector. They then gave this orally through a special tube to lactose-intolerant rats. The gene incorporated into the cells lining the rats' gastrointestinal tract, allowing them to break down lactose.
"We showed several important things," he says. "We could deliver a gene noninvasively, we could achieve long-term gene expression through a simple oral route, and there was enough gene expression to treat a disease such as lactose intolerance."

Gene therapy is one of the most interesting and valuable techniques to come out of the field of genetic engineering. The adenovirus used to deliver the CF gene to human cells for gene therapy is known as a vector. Since most cells normally will not take in or absorb DNA, we need a delivery system to get the gene into the cell. Adenovirus is a good vector since it can infect cells in vivo, or while they?re in the body, which means that the gene can be delivered through an inhaler (instead of having to manipulate the cells in vitro, or in the laboratory, then return the cells to the body). To use the adenovirus as a vector, it?s genome was first altered by removing all the virus DNA except for the minimum necessary for the virus to live and infect the cells. Genetically engineered viral vectors like this are harmless and usually can?t live outside of the laboratory. (link)
But some virus vectors are not without drawbacks:
All viral approaches suffer from the drawback of introducing unwanted viral genetic information into the recipient host. Retroviral vectors and adenoviruses have additional disadvantages. Retroviruses are only suitable for delivery of DNA to replicating cells, and present a risk of reversion to replication competent infective particles, whilst DNA expression using adenovirus delivery systems tends to be short lived [thus the repeated chemtrail sprayings over the past two years in the same geographic areas and the use of a host of vectors to ensure success when one fails] (link).
Later in the article, one solution to the problem is proposed:
"...Novel vectors for gene therapy are therefore needed which avoid the potential risks of using viral material, but can stably transfer exogenous DNA to target cells, to sites and at levels that produce a therapeutic effect.
A novel vector with potential for use in gene therapy has been developed by Professor Beverly Griffin and colleagues in the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Hammersmith Hospital Campus of Imperial College(1). Her team has shown that pseudocapsids of the mouse polyoma virus, consisting solely of the VP1 protein, can be used to transfer DNA into mammalian cells in vivo, to give expression at clinically-relevant levels over a period of weeks.
Polyoma virus has a very broad host range which means that the pseudocapsids will be taken up by essentially any human or other mammalian cell. Development and selection of mutant VP1 proteins, together with engineered specific labels may enable cell-specific targeting for in vivo applications. Pseudocapsids completely free of viral genetic material can be produced easily and economically.
Polyoma pseudocapsids can successfully transfer up to 7.2 Kb of DNA and research is investigating the production of oversized pseudocapsids. These oversized capsids would enable transfer of much larger amounts of genetic material than is currently possible with adeno or retrovirus vectors. "
In other words, technology already exists allowing virus vectors to effectively alter the DNA of a host's cell. This is not science fiction. One company among many, AEA Technology, is presently researching and selling aerosol (most likely inhaler, but expandable to atmospheric) products for use in gene therapy.
Physical Symptoms of Virus Vector Afflictions
Different types of viral vectors exist, including retroviral, adenoviral, adeno-associated, herpes simplex, and vaccinia vectors (source). The University of Rochester Biosafety Committee made the following precautions on using adenovirus and herpes virus vectors in medical research:
Adenovirus: Adenoviruses are infectious human viruses, which often cause mild respiratory illness. Rare cases of severe disease can occur, and its use as a genetic vector therefore requires the use of adequate containment equipment and practices.
Biosafety Level 2 (BL2) is appropriate for many constructs (see above). Particular care should be given to vectors containing genes that make products that may be similar to products made by the deleted adenovirus genes.
Herpesvirus: Herpesviruses include infectious human viruses such as herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1), which is the most commonly used vector system. HSV-1 is common in the general population, but can cause encephalitis in rare cases; its utility as a vector system stems from its broad host cell range, ability to transduce neurons, and its large insert capacity. Biosafety Level 2 (BL2) is appropriate for many constructs (see above).
From evidence available, adenovirus vectors are the most likely culprits in chemtrail-related sicknesses.
In summary, both bacteria and viruses are capable of incorporating some of their own genetic information into the cells of a host. Bacteria do it via transduction and conjugation, and viruses via direct infection of a cell.
The Link to Chemtrails
Conceivably, one could become infected with either such a bacteria or virus and would feel sick as a consequence. Meanwhile, the bacteria or virus go to work altering one's cellular DNA slowly, before later being wiped out by the body's immune system.
After the illness is eliminated, the altered cells remain and continue to reproduce. Sometimes it becomes malignantly cancerous if the gene transfer is crude and faulty (as in vaccinations), and other times the changes are so subtle the body continues to operate as previously, or so the victim thinks (as in chemtrail exposure).
As mentioned, chemtrails contain genetically engineered biological agents and make people sick. Does this not hint at an intentional attempt by the implementors of the chemtrail program to perform mass gene therapy upon the population? The question is whether or not this gene therapy is for our benefit, or the benefit of the implementors. Considering how sick many have gotten, some to the point of death, and the overall ominous secrecy involved, it is safe to say that the chemtrail program has sinister roots.
If governments are not spraying out of benevolence and altruism, then they are spraying the population to protect themselves. When threatened, one attacks the source of that threat. And what are chemtrails ultimately attacking? Our cellular DNA.
Therefore, there is something about our DNA that threatens the power structure. Considering chemtrails are a recent phenomenon, the threat must also be recent. If a citizen's DNA was non threatening before, but is now, then it must have fundamentally changed its structure recently. This fits the definition of 'mutation.'
The third puzzle piece reveals why such an urgent effort is being implemented to influence genes of the masses.
Piece 3: Mass Human Mutation, Evolution, and eventual Ascension.
What is a mutation? The dictionary says:
The process by which such a sudden structural change occurs, either through an alteration in the nucleotide sequence of the DNA coding for a gene or through a change in the physical arrangement of a chromosome.
The Rise of Mutant Humans
There are a great number of sources which claim that new strains of humans have been appearing over the past decade. Not all these sources are scientific, but that is expected with a topic at the fringe of current events.
One example is Drunvalo Melchizedek, who in an interview by Diane Cooper (featured at this link) said:
"Well there are 3 different kinds of children emerging in the world today that I have been able to identify. The first are called the "Super Psychic Children of China." The second are called the "Indigo Children" and the third are called the "Children of AIDS." The first one, the "Super Psychics of China," we talked about in the Flower of Life seminars. If you remember, the first one was discovered in 1984 when a child was found who was psychic beyond belief.
...Well, it's mostly children, but now they are finding adults with it too - just like the hundredth monkey theory. Now all kinds of people are being affected by it and it's spreading fast. Remember, it started just 5 years ago with almost no one and now it's spreading - just like a disease. It's like an outbreak and this is only the beginning.
...People's DNA is really changing. Barbara Marciniak talked about going to the 12-strand DNA, and I've talked about chromosome changes. There have been many of us who have talked about this - but none of this had been seen by science. Now it has been seen and it has been documented.

What's most interesting is his mention of the "Super Psychics of China." There are purportedly no chemtrail activities occurring in China. Could there be a link?
And speaking of Barbara Marciniak, in her book Bringers of the Dawn, she expands upon the topic of DNA:
"The original human was a magnificent being whose 12 strands of DNA were contributed by a variety of sentient civilizations. When the new owners [reptilians] came in, they worked in their laboratories and created versions of humans with a different DNA - the two stranded, double-helix DNA. They took the original DNA of the human species and disassembled it. The original DNA pattern was left within the human cells, yet it was not functional; it was split apart, unplugged. "
Marciniak goes on to explain that today, humans are having their 'unplugged' DNA reactivated. Whether activation of junk DNA qualifies as a 'mutation' is a question of semantics, but that shall be what it is called here.
The most revealing article can be found at this link, an interview with Dr. Berrenda Fox:
"Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a mutation of our species into something for which the end result is not yet known.
The changes are not known publicly, because the scientific community feels it would frighten the population. However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes.
These are children who can move objects across the room just by concentrating on them, or they can fill glasses of water just by looking at them. They're telepathic. You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they're not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades.
The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus." [in this case, the easiest way to un-mutate DNA or suppress it from mutating is with a virus. Chemtrails are not causing the mutations, as children are being born with this new mutant DNA. If chemtrails are indeed causing the mutation, then we would expect older people to possess this new DNA since they've had longer exposure, but the opposite is true]
Two Types of Mutations
This new phenomenon of mutation, when not interfered by chemtrails, includes two aspects:
1) Present adults are having their junk DNA activated and/or genetic code modified.
2) Many children born with strange (previously unseen) DNA or with activated junk DNA.
When this phenomenon started is unclear. Considering that there might be different categories of mutation, some involving mere activation of latent genes, and some incorporating a completely novel genetic code, it is safe to say that this phenomenon consists of phases. For example, one type of mutation might have begun in the 1970's, and another might have started with children born after 1995.
Implications of Mutations
The cause mutation and its implications are most relevant in explaining chemtrails. As mentioned, the power structure feels threatened by what is taking place and are targeting our DNA as a consequence. Mutations are found threatening by the power structure because first, the emergence of humans distinguishable from the rest of the population by their paranormal abilities can cause panic and civil unrest (coupled with racism as hinted in the X-Men movie) which would mean premature implementation of martial law and resulting risk of revolution. Second, with increasing numbers of 'enlightened' humans, the illusion foisted upon us by the power structure will crumble -- even if only by the 100th monkey phenomenon whereby enlightenment spreads rapidly and contagiously to many once a small threshold segment of the population acts as seed.
Usually, mutation is attributed to imperfect gene replication, whereby errors in the replication process result in copies of copies of defective DNA. This is one reason why we age. Other standard contributors to random mutation include ultraviolet rays from the sun (which knock out small parts of DNA, the remains of which can potentially be copied if not soon corrected by the body, potentially resulting in skin cancer), cosmic rays, environmental pollutants, and ionizing radiation. These however, cause destructive mutations producing tumors, cancers, and freaks. What's taking place to precipitate the chemtrail program is constructive mutation, known more commonly in the long run as evolution. More likely reasons for mutations follow:
Reactivation of junk DNA
Changing earth frequencies are the principle causes of a reactivation. Earth's magnetic field strength has slowly been declining. According to a geomagnetism FAQ at the NOAA web site, based on field measurements since 1850, a reversal based on a linear model can be expected in 1,300 years. Of course, if the model is actually exponential, it could happen in the next twenty years.
It is confirmed that DNA's crystalline helical structure makes it very sensitive to low strength but specific magnetic frequencies and wave shapes. Depending on the field strength and Fourier components, the effects can vary from rejuvenation to cancer, with one possible effect being the unlocking or suppression of junk DNA. Knowing that the earth's magnetic field is the integral backbone to a global esoteric electromagnetic grid system set up in ancient times, that junk DNA has been suppressed during this time, and that the recent decrease in magnetic field strength has reached a threshold level during a period coinciding with activation of junk DNA in many, one can hypothesize that that whoever set up the original grid system did so to keep our genetic potential suppressed. This suppression has recently lost its grip, however, due in part to a declining geomagnetic field.
Interestingly, HAARP appears to be an electromagnetic aspect of a multiprong approach to artificially counteract this decline and keep mutation suppressed. Chemtrails are the biochemical aspect of the same program. Leading Edge reports at this link that the step-down reflective frequencies are "approx 1.1 GHz, Human DNA resonant frequency," creating a "cellular system phase-lock."
In addition to weakening magnetic fields, the Schumann resonant frequencies of earth (related to how long it takes an EM wave to travel around the circumference of the earth's ionosphere) have not stayed constant. This, too, has an impact on our consciousness and DNA. A research abstract entitled "Schumann Resonance Parameter Changes During High-Energy Particle Precipitation" states that sources of high energy particles such as solar storms have an influence on Schumann resonance. This indicates a link between earth resonance and the sun. Consequently, there is a link, however subtle, between solar activity and our DNA. Recent months have seen wild solar activity; this will reflect genetically within the population toward a reactivation of junk DNA [reactivation because wild fluctuations present unpredictability, and since the predictable earth field is one established by the power structure, anything unpredictable would serve to disrupt it].
Modification of DNA Sequence
Influx of walk-ins, alien souls, or attached entities account for this modification. DNA is sensitive to more than just electromagnetic fields. It also responds to the body's soul-nature. Soul nature is the vibrational etheric/astral composition or signature of a particular soul. Genetic structure and soul-nature are intimately coupled; a change in one can lead to a delayed change in the other.
Walk-ins are souls who replace the native soul in a body. If the soul nature is different, then DNA will change accordingly. Walk-ins can include alien souls, though this occurrs only in instances of replacement by negatively oriented aliens since positive ones are reluctant to violate freewill, and kicking a native soul out of a body is definitely violation to freewill. Most people are reluctant to go willingly.
Attached entities are souls who invade and share a body with a native soul. These are usually deceased humans irresponsibly or accidentally attaching themselves to living persons. The two soul-natures heterodyne and affect the DNA and physiology in a shared manner (schizophrenic patients facial features often change significantly after the onset of the mental disease, which often is the result of an invasion by multiple attached entities. There have also been cases of victims of spirit attachment developing a disease having afflicted the attached entity in its previous life.
As far as the mutation phenomenon chemtrails seek to combat, if walk-ins are indeed one source of DNA modification, then the souls walking in are of alien origin. If they were of human origin, no threat would be present as this has been taking place for thousands of years.
Combined Hypothesis of What the Chemtrail Program is Combating
The best hypothesis, given the range of data pertaining to chemtrails and soul dynamics as well as the UFO phenomenon, show that the chemtrail program is potentially targeting some or all these distinct groups:
1) ordinary citizens whose junk DNA are in the process of fully activating -- a consequence of earth's decreasing magnetic field, increase in resonance frequency, increase in global consciousness (which evolves humanity's collective morphogenic field and has a corresponding genetic effect upon its individuals), and possibly other more esoteric reasons such as a change in the very structure of space and time preceding the grand dimensional nexus of 2012-2013.
2) children born with fully activated DNA -- same reasons as case 1, but growing fetal cells are more susceptible to earth fields than fully integrated adult cells.
3) children with alien genetics from physical hybridization by greys -- undoubtedly, some children of abductees have alien genes, though so subtly that little physiological signs if any show it. More insidious is a scenario proposed by the x-files, that aliens are turning us into them via a virus (movies and TV shows often clue us into what's really going on, one method that the positive factions of secret societies help mankind). If humans are indeed being hybridized en masse, especially from within by means of viruses or alien manipulation of the earth grid, then the government has reason to combat it using chemtrails. However, people presently affected by this change (whatever it may be) are more positive, responsible, intelligent, and aware. Therefore, one shouldn't conclude that chemtrails are helping us.
4) human babies born with alien souls, whose DNA is rapidly changing from human to alien -- these humans are born with souls from a new alien faction, and since soul-nature and DNA are coupled, the human body soon changes genetically to accommodate the alien soul. It is said new alien faction because old alien factions comprise the bulk of normal human souls anyway. Because chemtrails are a new phenomenon, if alien souls are indeed being born into human bodies, they must be alien souls from a new faction. Considering the positive nature of these mutants, it is probably a positive faction here to help mankind get through the coming end time turmoil.
Conclusion
Humanity is evolving, emerging from the past millennia of abysmal darkness and oppression. The power structure, knowing its reign is about to end, has worked tirelessly in a last ditch effort to keep us suppressed. Chemtrails are but one small weapon they are employing to accomplish this.
Their ultimate goal is a New World Order, global totalitarianism and a reinstatement of their absolute power. The NWO will fail if citizens become genetically empowered to wake up and fight with superhuman powers against tyranny. This is already occurring, and chemtrails are ultimately ineffectual at preventing the inevitable.
Few know the chemtrail program's true purpose, and most of those implementing it have been told lies. They believe the "mass vaccination" scenario, that what they are doing is beneficial to citizens. Unfortunately this illusion, like all others created by the power structure, shall fall away in due time.
That time is rapidly approaching. Chemtrails are merely delaying what is destined, and what is destined is the glorious revival of human sovereignty and victory of the human spirit.

The author has monitored the chemtrail situation for the past year and a half, but refrained from writing an article about it until adequate data had been gathered to formulate a viable theory that was both original and more explanatory than any other out there. This theory was wrought both by contradiction and by positive proof. In other words, it exists because other explanations do not hold water. The impossible is eliminated, and what is left over, no matter how improbable, must be close to the truth. In this article, sample references will be given as positive proof, and the contradictory evidence shall be summarized below. Note that the sample references are merely samples, and not which this article's validity hinges upon.
Three Faulty Theories Seeking to Explain Chemtrails
Chemtrails are unusually persistent airplane contrails with impacts upon weather and the health of those exposed to chemtrail fallout. They have been sighted in many countries and during all hours of the day and night, though chemtrail spraying usually begins early in the morning and slows in the evening. Air crafts involved in this phenomenon are commercial and military planes, the latter identifiable by traveling in areas and directions otherwise restricted for commercial flights.
As pointed out in Stan and Holly Deyo's May 31'st Newsletter, there are three major theories concerning an explanation of the chemtrail phenomenon:
1) weather modification
2) mass inoculation
3) population control
These theories do not adequately explain the range of data gathered.
Weather Modification
The weather modification theory arises from two clues, first that increasing cloudiness and precipitation sometimes occurs after a day of spraying, and second that EDB (ethylene dibromide or dibromethane) has been found in chemtrail fallout. Ethylene dibromide has similar effects on cloud formation as silver iodide, a chemical normally used in cloud seeding.
But this theory does not explain the presence of genetically engineered viruses and bacteria in chemtrail residue, or the resulting epidemic of flu-like symptoms.
If anything, EDB serves partly as a condensation nuclei around which water vapor in the atmosphere can condense, making thick chemtrails visible for satellite tracking.
Mass Inoculation
The mass inoculation theory is more viable, as aerosol dispersion of vaccines is certainly possible as mentioned in a previous post. The government has put effort into vaccinating its military forces against anthrax. Supposedly, chemtrails are an attempt to vaccinate the entire population against anthrax.
But why would anthrax be the only agent, if not the major one, used in such an attack? There are others just as effective and easily dispersible. And with all the exposure of our bioterrorism efforts to protect against anthrax, what terrorist group would be dumb enough to choose something military forces, and possibly with chemtrails the entire population, are already vaccinated against?
The government is suspiciously certain that anthrax will be the method of choice, implying factions within, and not domestic or foreign terrorists, will be the initiators of such an attack.
Furthermore, spraying is occurring worldwide. Foreign governments are putting money and risk into spraying their respective populations. Since America would be the target of any such attack, spraying the rest of the world is a waste of money and time. Fact is, biological attacks are too localized an event to account for global spraying.
The secrecy of the chemtrail phenomenon puts it into the domain of black budget projects and shadow government operations. It is unwise to claim that the shadow government (the same one responsible for the Gulf War Syndrome cover-up, dangerous biological testing upon unsuspecting American citizens, avocation of fluoride in public water supplies, forceful suppression of alternative medicinal and technological inventions, electronic harassment of dissenters, and murder of whistle blowers) is spraying Joe Schmoe in Oklahoma just so that he can live and contribute to the overpopulation problem.
Overpopulation
Which brings us to the point of overpopulation. If the world's population is indeed to be reduced as drastically as demanded by the World Health Organization and the World Wildlife Fund among many, people need to die, not just stop reproducing. Supposedly, chemtrails are an effort to accomplish this.
Single agent spraying, whereby what's being applied now to the population will eventually kill them, is unlikely. Right now, people are recovering from chemtrail induced sickness. If single agent spraying was indeed the method, more people would be dead by now. And even with an agent possessing delayed lethality, the variability in immune responses among affected persons would result in some dying prematurely. Since chemtrail related deaths have been extremely low, the possibility of chemtrails containing delayed single agents is equally low.
Double agent spraying is another possibility. One benign agent is applied now, and its combination with an activator in the future would turn it lethal. The activator can be anything from another biological or chemical substances to electromagnetic fields such as those potentially generated by HAARP. The electromagnetic method is pure speculation and thus considered unlikely.
Applying the activator agent would result only in the deaths of those affected by the benign agent. This is a lot of work, hassle, and risk compared to just applying a single agent at that time and skipping ever having to deal with a benign agent. Why do double agent spraying and take the risk with visible chemtrails and whistle blowers now, when you can keep everything clandestine until that final day when you apply a lethal single application?
Double agent spraying is obviously not the method employed. Since single agent spraying has been discounted above, the "population control" theory does not hold.
With these major chemtrail theories discounted, a new theory is required to fit the data.
There are three pieces, chemtrails, gene therapy, and mass human mutation, that when put together, give rise to the following theory. So, let's take a look at the pieces of the puzzle in detail.
Piece 1: The Chemtrails
From the many analyses performed upon chemtrail residue samples and listed on the web, the following substances have been gathered and listed here (as mentioned in such sources as http://www.egroups.com/message/fr2/126? , http://www.carnicom.com/bio1.htm, and http://members.tripod.com/conspiracy2/contrailsanalyzed.htm)
1) Ethylene dibromide (dibromethane) - Banned in 1984 by the EPA, EDB (C2H4Br2) is a carcinogenic fuel additive and insecticide with a chloroform-like odor. It is claimed similar to silver iodide, which was once used for cloud seeding and weather modification purposes. When absorbed, EDB causes central nervous system depression and pulmonary edema, which is fluid accumulation in the lungs. Symptoms of pulmonary edema include shortness of breath, anxiety, wheezing, and coughing. It is extremely irritant to mucous membranes and the respiratory tract.
2) Pseudomonas aeruginosa - A common hardy bacteria that can be found in dirt (suggesting possible contamination of chemtrail ground samples) but commonly genetically engineered by companies as PathoGenesis for various purposes. The natural strains have been found to contaminate hospitals and drinking water. When inhaled into immunosuppressed lungs such as those of victims with cystic fibrosis, forms slime clusters called biofilms which are virtual bunkers against immune system defenses and antibiotics. It can transfer horizontally, meaning between species, genetic information to the host via transduction and conjugation. Conjugation involves the bacteria injecting a genetic package called a plasmid via a 'handshake' into a host cell, which receives it and in effect makes it a part of its own DNA. Transduction is similar, but instead of the bacteria sending a plasmid into the host, it sends bacteriophages (viruses) that contain some of the original bacteria's DNA and implants it within the host's DNA.
3) Pseudomonas fluorescens - another strain of the Pseudomonas variety found most often in soil and on plants. On plants, it produces antibiotics which shield the plant from fungal and bacterial infections. Most likely a contaminant in the analysis.
4) Enterobacteriaceae - Includes E.coli and salmonella which are culprits in cases of food poisoning. Most interesting of the Enterobacteriaceae family is the Klebsiella genus, whose species is responsible for pneumonia infections.
5) Serratia marcescens - a dangerous pathogen that can cause pneumonia.
This link reports that
"One of the biggest experiments involved the use of Serratia marcescens being sprayed over San Francisco. This organism is especially nice because it produces a red/pink pigment when grown on certain media, which makes identification very easy. At one point, 5000 particles/minute were sprayed from the coastal areas inward. During this time, 1 man died(in the hospital) and 10 others became infected in what was described as "a mystery to doctors." Although the military never did many follow up studies on these tests, one results was that it showed nearly every single person became infected with the test organism. In hindsight, now that some of this information has become declassified, it's been shown that during periods following spraying tests, there were 5-10 times the normal infections reported."

In summary, the military released Serratia marcescens upon the San Fransisco population to test the effectiveness of a terrorist bio-attack. Following this was an outbreak of pneumonia which killed on man.
9) Streptomyces - "Streptomycetes are used to produce the majority of antibiotics applied in human and veterinary medicine and agriculture, as well as anti-parasitic agents, herbicides, pharmacologically active metabolites (e.g. immuno-suppressants) "
10) A restriction enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA -- such an enzyme cleaves open DNA and allows desired segments to be inserted before recombining.
11) Other bacteria and toxic molds capable of producing heart disease, encephalitis, meningitis, as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.
It is known that within three days of a particular heavy spraying, outbreaks of respiratory illnesses occur in the exposed population. Some develop pneumonia, others colds, flu-like symptoms, and depressed immune functions. Instances of meningitis and encephalitis have also increased in correlation with sprayings.
Note that no viruses are listed above. This is because viruses are difficult to detect in the laboratory, much less identify. However, most of the resulting illnesses do not respond to antibiotics, suggesting their causes are indeed viral. From points made later in this article, such viruses are most likely retroviruses such as the adenovirus for use in sinister gene 'therapy.'
It has been discussed what is in chemtrails, but how particularly are they generated and for what reasons?
Account of an Airline Mechanic
An airline mechanic describes his accidental discovery of a commercial plane's chemtrail pumping system:
...When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system.
...The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before.
...The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons.
Later is a response from an airline manager concerning Project Cloverleaf:
"...Airline companies in America have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999.
...They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft.
When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren't cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why didn't they just rig military aircraft to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren't enough military aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That's why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere.
Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicals are and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority that the public doesn't need to know what's going on, but that this program is in their best interests."
The veracity of these comments are uncertain, but with other circumstantial evidence at hand, they appear to be truthful. They suggest that for at least the past two years, commercial airlines have participated in dispersing unknown substances during regular flight, unbeknownst to all but the waste disposal mechanics and need-to know staff.
How Chemtrails are Dispersed
Next comes the question of how exactly chemtrails are dispersed. This was hinted at in the airline mechanic's account of seeing three tanks containing liquid. The purpose of these three tanks is evident when present patented technology is taken into account.
Here is the abstract of patent # 03994437:
A method and apparatus are provided for evenly disseminating by broadcast techniques trace quantities of biologically active chemicals such as nutrients, insecticides, fungicides, growth regulators and the like. The biologically active chemical is encapsulated in a microdispenser such as a filamentary conduit of regulated cross-section and length. The filled microdispensers are then metered into a moving carrier fluid stream, preferably air, and the carrier fluid containing the microdispensers is then evenly dispensed throughout the area. In an alternate preferred embodiment, the microdispensers are coated with a second material which may be either another biologically active material or a sticker for attaching the microdispenser to living organisms such as plants or animals. The method and apparatus is also applicable to biologically active chemicals contained in laminated microdispenser structures for dissemination and release.
In the actual patent, however, the author states that the fiber sizes are quite large, with inside diameters of 7-50 mils and lengths of two inches. These sizes he states, are preferred, though not limiting numbers. It is possible that this technology has been updated to produce microfilaments such as the 'cobwebs' seen falling from the sky after chemtrail sprayings.
What's important is the encapsulation of biologically active materials in a polymer coating. The minimum number of liquids to accomplish this is three, two to form polymers such as polyesters, polyolefins, acrylics, modacrylics, polyamides upon reaction during mixing with one another, and the third being the biologically active liquid. Another patent entitled "ENCAPSULATION BY INTERFACIAL POLYCONDENSATION" 3577515, describes this process perfectly.
Overview of the Chemtrail Phenomenon
Chemtrails appear worldwide, though it has been claimed that none have been sighted in China. The author has personally witnessed them in Germany. Although chemtrails in foreign countries may be due to planes originating from the US, or from US military bases in those countries, the heaviness of spraying there suggests that foreign governments and commercial agencies are involved. As stated, this contradicts the hypothesis that chemtrails are sprayed to protect Americans from an anthrax attack, as terrorists would not target countries other than America, especially many of the lesser countries in which chemtrails have still been sighted.
What is to be gleaned from the preceding point is that governments worldwide are involved in aggressively spraying the population with agents that have biological effects. They are in a hurry, considering their frequency and density of coverage, as if a deadline is to be met. The project has risked discovery by employing commercial airlines to help with the spraying, and such a risk can only be justified if the project itself were in the nature of an emergency. They have also risked their secrecy by spraying during the day to affect as many people as possible, when all below can plainly see these contrails are anything but.
What worldwide emergency could be of such importance and threat to the world governments?
Piece 2: Bacterially Induced Transcession and Gene Therapy via Vector Viruses
This section concerns altering one's DNA via incorporation of foreign DNA from bacteria or viruses.
First Clue that Viruses Affect Host's DNA
The term 'transcession' appears in a Leading Edge article, quoted as follows:
"One of the indications that vaccinations may in fact be changing the genetic structure of humans became evident in September of 1971, when scientists at the University of Geneva made the discovery that biological substances entering directly into the bloodstream could become part of human genetic structure. In one experiment, scientists in Geneva extracted the auricles of frog hearts and dipped them for several hours in a suspension of bacteria.
Afterward, they found a high percentage of RNA-DNA hybridization between bacterial DNA extracted from bacteria of the same species as that used in the experiment and titrated DNA extracted from the auricles which had been dipped in the bacterial suspension. Bacterial DNA had been absorbed by the animal cells. This phenomenon has been dubbed transcession. There is evidence that this kind of phenomenon is happening all the time within the human body. It is conceivable, for example, that heart damage following rheumatic fever could the the result of the immune system reacting to its own cells producing a foreign RNA complex after absorption of foreign DNA." For those interested in the transcession capability of vaccines, consider this quote about gene therapy:
"Yet another technique is to simply inject naked DNA. This approach wouldn't work well as direct injection into the bloodstream because the body's DNA degrading enzymes would quickly digest it. But some experiments have shown that when naked DNA is injected directly into muscle tissue [as in a vaccine injection], say, the cells start producing whatever proteins the DNA codes for. In other words, transcession is the process whereby bacterial DNA becomes part of a host cell's DNA. The term transcession is more commonly known as transduction, or conjugation, more generally termed horizontal gene transfer. Horizontal means between species, as opposed to vertical which is from parent to offspring.
Gene Therapy Employs Viruses to Alter Host DNA
This is one way how gene therapy, which seeks to correct genetic diseases, works. Visit this animation for a short tutorial on how viruses are used in gene therapy.
Here's another excerpt from an article confirming the use of viruses in gene therapy:
"To turn viruses into gene ferries, scientists have developed ways of stripping the genes out of a virus and substituting copies of the genes they want to transfer into cells. The virus is then mixed with cells taken out of the body that are then returned. Or they can be injected directly into the body itself, homing in on the cells of interest. Retroviruses, which insert their genetic code directly into the chromosomes of the host cell, have been used a lot because of their ability to break into chromosomes and insert the DNA. Other viruses are now also being used. One of the big drawbacks of viruses is that the immune system can't tell the difference between bad viruses and those that carry a beneficial gene. So, many of the viruses are rapidly wiped out [that is, of course, unless the immune system is weakened by other chemical/biological agents such that these viruses survive long enough to transduce their DNA into the host]." Methods of Applying Gene Therapy via Virus Vectors to Patients
Non-invasive methods of gene therapy are already well established. A team at the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia accomplished just that using an oral method of gene therapy:
Dr. During and his colleagues inserted a beta-galactosidase gene--which encodes for an enzyme that breaks down lactose--into an adeno-associated virus vector. They then gave this orally through a special tube to lactose-intolerant rats. The gene incorporated into the cells lining the rats' gastrointestinal tract, allowing them to break down lactose.
"We showed several important things," he says. "We could deliver a gene noninvasively, we could achieve long-term gene expression through a simple oral route, and there was enough gene expression to treat a disease such as lactose intolerance."
Even madsci.org has something to say about these non-invasive methods:
Gene therapy is one of the most interesting and valuable techniques to come out of the field of genetic engineering. The adenovirus used to deliver the CF gene to human cells for gene therapy is known as a vector. Since most cells normally will not take in or absorb DNA, we need a delivery system to get the gene into the cell. Adenovirus is a good vector since it can infect cells in vivo, or while they?re in the body, which means that the gene can be delivered through an inhaler (instead of having to manipulate the cells in vitro, or in the laboratory, then return the cells to the body). To use the adenovirus as a vector, it?s genome was first altered by removing all the virus DNA except for the minimum necessary for the virus to live and infect the cells. Genetically engineered viral vectors like this are harmless and usually can?t live outside of the laboratory. (link)
But some virus vectors are not without drawbacks:
All viral approaches suffer from the drawback of introducing unwanted viral genetic information into the recipient host. Retroviral vectors and adenoviruses have additional disadvantages. Retroviruses are only suitable for delivery of DNA to replicating cells, and present a risk of reversion to replication competent infective particles, whilst DNA expression using adenovirus delivery systems tends to be short lived [thus the repeated chemtrail sprayings over the past two years in the same geographic areas and the use of a host of vectors to ensure success when one fails] (link).
Later in the article, one solution to the problem is proposed:
"...Novel vectors for gene therapy are therefore needed which avoid the potential risks of using viral material, but can stably transfer exogenous DNA to target cells, to sites and at levels that produce a therapeutic effect.
A novel vector with potential for use in gene therapy has been developed by Professor Beverly Griffin and colleagues in the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Hammersmith Hospital Campus of Imperial College(1). Her team has shown that pseudocapsids of the mouse polyoma virus, consisting solely of the VP1 protein, can be used to transfer DNA into mammalian cells in vivo, to give expression at clinically-relevant levels over a period of weeks.
Polyoma virus has a very broad host range which means that the pseudocapsids will be taken up by essentially any human or other mammalian cell. Development and selection of mutant VP1 proteins, together with engineered specific labels may enable cell-specific targeting for in vivo applications. Pseudocapsids completely free of viral genetic material can be produced easily and economically.
Polyoma pseudocapsids can successfully transfer up to 7.2 Kb of DNA and research is investigating the production of oversized pseudocapsids. These oversized capsids would enable transfer of much larger amounts of genetic material than is currently possible with adeno or retrovirus vectors. "
In other words, technology already exists allowing virus vectors to effectively alter the DNA of a host's cell. This is not science fiction. One company among many, AEA Technology, is presently researching and selling aerosol (most likely inhaler, but expandable to atmospheric) products for use in gene therapy.
Physical Symptoms of Virus Vector Afflictions
Different types of viral vectors exist, including retroviral, adenoviral, adeno-associated, herpes simplex, and vaccinia vectors (source). The University of Rochester Biosafety Committee made the following precautions on using adenovirus and herpes virus vectors in medical research:
Adenovirus: Adenoviruses are infectious human viruses, which often cause mild respiratory illness. Rare cases of severe disease can occur, and its use as a genetic vector therefore requires the use of adequate containment equipment and practices.
Biosafety Level 2 (BL2) is appropriate for many constructs (see above). Particular care should be given to vectors containing genes that make products that may be similar to products made by the deleted adenovirus genes.
Herpesvirus: Herpesviruses include infectious human viruses such as herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1), which is the most commonly used vector system. HSV-1 is common in the general population, but can cause encephalitis in rare cases; its utility as a vector system stems from its broad host cell range, ability to transduce neurons, and its large insert capacity. Biosafety Level 2 (BL2) is appropriate for many constructs (see above).
From evidence available, adenovirus vectors are the most likely culprits in chemtrail-related sicknesses.
In summary, both bacteria and viruses are capable of incorporating some of their own genetic information into the cells of a host. Bacteria do it via transduction and conjugation, and viruses via direct infection of a cell.
The Link to Chemtrails
Conceivably, one could become infected with either such a bacteria or virus and would feel sick as a consequence. Meanwhile, the bacteria or virus go to work altering one's cellular DNA slowly, before later being wiped out by the body's immune system.
After the illness is eliminated, the altered cells remain and continue to reproduce. Sometimes it becomes malignantly cancerous if the gene transfer is crude and faulty (as in vaccinations), and other times the changes are so subtle the body continues to operate as previously, or so the victim thinks (as in chemtrail exposure).
As mentioned, chemtrails contain genetically engineered biological agents and make people sick. Does this not hint at an intentional attempt by the implementors of the chemtrail program to perform mass gene therapy upon the population? The question is whether or not this gene therapy is for our benefit, or the benefit of the implementors. Considering how sick many have gotten, some to the point of death, and the overall ominous secrecy involved, it is safe to say that the chemtrail program has sinister roots.
If governments are not spraying out of benevolence and altruism, then they are spraying the population to protect themselves. When threatened, one attacks the source of that threat. And what are chemtrails ultimately attacking? Our cellular DNA.
Therefore, there is something about our DNA that threatens the power structure. Considering chemtrails are a recent phenomenon, the threat must also be recent. If a citizen's DNA was non threatening before, but is now, then it must have fundamentally changed its structure recently. This fits the definition of 'mutation.'
The third puzzle piece reveals why such an urgent effort is being implemented to influence genes of the masses.
Piece 3: Mass Human Mutation, Evolution, and eventual Ascension.
What is a mutation? The dictionary says:
The process by which such a sudden structural change occurs, either through an alteration in the nucleotide sequence of the DNA coding for a gene or through a change in the physical arrangement of a chromosome.
The Rise of Mutant Humans
There are a great number of sources which claim that new strains of humans have been appearing over the past decade. Not all these sources are scientific, but that is expected with a topic at the fringe of current events.
One example is Drunvalo Melchizedek, who in an interview by Diane Cooper (featured at this link) said:
"Well there are 3 different kinds of children emerging in the world today that I have been able to identify. The first are called the "Super Psychic Children of China." The second are called the "Indigo Children" and the third are called the "Children of AIDS." The first one, the "Super Psychics of China," we talked about in the Flower of Life seminars. If you remember, the first one was discovered in 1984 when a child was found who was psychic beyond belief.
...Well, it's mostly children, but now they are finding adults with it too - just like the hundredth monkey theory. Now all kinds of people are being affected by it and it's spreading fast. Remember, it started just 5 years ago with almost no one and now it's spreading - just like a disease. It's like an outbreak and this is only the beginning.
...People's DNA is really changing. Barbara Marciniak talked about going to the 12-strand DNA, and I've talked about chromosome changes. There have been many of us who have talked about this - but none of this had been seen by science. Now it has been seen and it has been documented.

What's most interesting is his mention of the "Super Psychics of China." There are purportedly no chemtrail activities occurring in China. Could there be a link?
And speaking of Barbara Marciniak, in her book Bringers of the Dawn, she expands upon the topic of DNA:
"The original human was a magnificent being whose 12 strands of DNA were contributed by a variety of sentient civilizations. When the new owners [reptilians] came in, they worked in their laboratories and created versions of humans with a different DNA - the two stranded, double-helix DNA. They took the original DNA of the human species and disassembled it. The original DNA pattern was left within the human cells, yet it was not functional; it was split apart, unplugged. "
Marciniak goes on to explain that today, humans are having their 'unplugged' DNA reactivated. Whether activation of junk DNA qualifies as a 'mutation' is a question of semantics, but that shall be what it is called here.
The most revealing article can be found at this link, an interview with Dr. Berrenda Fox:
"Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a mutation of our species into something for which the end result is not yet known.
The changes are not known publicly, because the scientific community feels it would frighten the population. However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes.
These are children who can move objects across the room just by concentrating on them, or they can fill glasses of water just by looking at them. They're telepathic. You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they're not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades.
The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus." [in this case, the easiest way to un-mutate DNA or suppress it from mutating is with a virus. Chemtrails are not causing the mutations, as children are being born with this new mutant DNA. If chemtrails are indeed causing the mutation, then we would expect older people to possess this new DNA since they've had longer exposure, but the opposite is true]
Two Types of Mutations
This new phenomenon of mutation, when not interfered by chemtrails, includes two aspects:
1) Present adults are having their junk DNA activated and/or genetic code modified.
2) Many children born with strange (previously unseen) DNA or with activated junk DNA.
When this phenomenon started is unclear. Considering that there might be different categories of mutation, some involving mere activation of latent genes, and some incorporating a completely novel genetic code, it is safe to say that this phenomenon consists of phases. For example, one type of mutation might have begun in the 1970's, and another might have started with children born after 1995.
Implications of Mutations
The cause mutation and its implications are most relevant in explaining chemtrails. As mentioned, the power structure feels threatened by what is taking place and are targeting our DNA as a consequence. Mutations are found threatening by the power structure because first, the emergence of humans distinguishable from the rest of the population by their paranormal abilities can cause panic and civil unrest (coupled with racism as hinted in the X-Men movie) which would mean premature implementation of martial law and resulting risk of revolution. Second, with increasing numbers of 'enlightened' humans, the illusion foisted upon us by the power structure will crumble -- even if only by the 100th monkey phenomenon whereby enlightenment spreads rapidly and contagiously to many once a small threshold segment of the population acts as seed.
Usually, mutation is attributed to imperfect gene replication, whereby errors in the replication process result in copies of copies of defective DNA. This is one reason why we age. Other standard contributors to random mutation include ultraviolet rays from the sun (which knock out small parts of DNA, the remains of which can potentially be copied if not soon corrected by the body, potentially resulting in skin cancer), cosmic rays, environmental pollutants, and ionizing radiation. These however, cause destructive mutations producing tumors, cancers, and freaks. What's taking place to precipitate the chemtrail program is constructive mutation, known more commonly in the long run as evolution. More likely reasons for mutations follow:
Reactivation of junk DNA
Changing earth frequencies are the principle causes of a reactivation. Earth's magnetic field strength has slowly been declining. According to a geomagnetism FAQ at the NOAA web site, based on field measurements since 1850, a reversal based on a linear model can be expected in 1,300 years. Of course, if the model is actually exponential, it could happen in the next twenty years.
It is confirmed that DNA's crystalline helical structure makes it very sensitive to low strength but specific magnetic frequencies and wave shapes. Depending on the field strength and Fourier components, the effects can vary from rejuvenation to cancer, with one possible effect being the unlocking or suppression of junk DNA. Knowing that the earth's magnetic field is the integral backbone to a global esoteric electromagnetic grid system set up in ancient times, that junk DNA has been suppressed during this time, and that the recent decrease in magnetic field strength has reached a threshold level during a period coinciding with activation of junk DNA in many, one can hypothesize that that whoever set up the original grid system did so to keep our genetic potential suppressed. This suppression has recently lost its grip, however, due in part to a declining geomagnetic field.
Interestingly, HAARP appears to be an electromagnetic aspect of a multiprong approach to artificially counteract this decline and keep mutation suppressed. Chemtrails are the biochemical aspect of the same program. Leading Edge reports at this link that the step-down reflective frequencies are "approx 1.1 GHz, Human DNA resonant frequency," creating a "cellular system phase-lock."
In addition to weakening magnetic fields, the Schumann resonant frequencies of earth (related to how long it takes an EM wave to travel around the circumference of the earth's ionosphere) have not stayed constant. This, too, has an impact on our consciousness and DNA. A research abstract entitled "Schumann Resonance Parameter Changes During High-Energy Particle Precipitation" states that sources of high energy particles such as solar storms have an influence on Schumann resonance. This indicates a link between earth resonance and the sun. Consequently, there is a link, however subtle, between solar activity and our DNA. Recent months have seen wild solar activity; this will reflect genetically within the population toward a reactivation of junk DNA [reactivation because wild fluctuations present unpredictability, and since the predictable earth field is one established by the power structure, anything unpredictable would serve to disrupt it].
Modification of DNA Sequence
Influx of walk-ins, alien souls, or attached entities account for this modification. DNA is sensitive to more than just electromagnetic fields. It also responds to the body's soul-nature. Soul nature is the vibrational etheric/astral composition or signature of a particular soul. Genetic structure and soul-nature are intimately coupled; a change in one can lead to a delayed change in the other.
Walk-ins are souls who replace the native soul in a body. If the soul nature is different, then DNA will change accordingly. Walk-ins can include alien souls, though this occurrs only in instances of replacement by negatively oriented aliens since positive ones are reluctant to violate freewill, and kicking a native soul out of a body is definitely violation to freewill. Most people are reluctant to go willingly.
Attached entities are souls who invade and share a body with a native soul. These are usually deceased humans irresponsibly or accidentally attaching themselves to living persons. The two soul-natures heterodyne and affect the DNA and physiology in a shared manner (schizophrenic patients facial features often change significantly after the onset of the mental disease, which often is the result of an invasion by multiple attached entities. There have also been cases of victims of spirit attachment developing a disease having afflicted the attached entity in its previous life.
As far as the mutation phenomenon chemtrails seek to combat, if walk-ins are indeed one source of DNA modification, then the souls walking in are of alien origin. If they were of human origin, no threat would be present as this has been taking place for thousands of years.
Combined Hypothesis of What the Chemtrail Program is Combating
The best hypothesis, given the range of data pertaining to chemtrails and soul dynamics as well as the UFO phenomenon, show that the chemtrail program is potentially targeting some or all these distinct groups:
1) ordinary citizens whose junk DNA are in the process of fully activating -- a consequence of earth's decreasing magnetic field, increase in resonance frequency, increase in global consciousness (which evolves humanity's collective morphogenic field and has a corresponding genetic effect upon its individuals), and possibly other more esoteric reasons such as a change in the very structure of space and time preceding the grand dimensional nexus of 2012-2013.
2) children born with fully activated DNA -- same reasons as case 1, but growing fetal cells are more susceptible to earth fields than fully integrated adult cells.
3) children with alien genetics from physical hybridization by greys -- undoubtedly, some children of abductees have alien genes, though so subtly that little physiological signs if any show it. More insidious is a scenario proposed by the x-files, that aliens are turning us into them via a virus (movies and TV shows often clue us into what's really going on, one method that the positive factions of secret societies help mankind). If humans are indeed being hybridized en masse, especially from within by means of viruses or alien manipulation of the earth grid, then the government has reason to combat it using chemtrails. However, people presently affected by this change (whatever it may be) are more positive, responsible, intelligent, and aware. Therefore, one shouldn't conclude that chemtrails are helping us.
4) human babies born with alien souls, whose DNA is rapidly changing from human to alien -- these humans are born with souls from a new alien faction, and since soul-nature and DNA are coupled, the human body soon changes genetically to accommodate the alien soul. It is said new alien faction because old alien factions comprise the bulk of normal human souls anyway. Because chemtrails are a new phenomenon, if alien souls are indeed being born into human bodies, they must be alien souls from a new faction. Considering the positive nature of these mutants, it is probably a positive faction here to help mankind get through the coming end time turmoil.
Conclusion
Humanity is evolving, emerging from the past millennia of abysmal darkness and oppression. The power structure, knowing its reign is about to end, has worked tirelessly in a last ditch effort to keep us suppressed. Chemtrails are but one small weapon they are employing to accomplish this.
Their ultimate goal is a New World Order, global totalitarianism and a reinstatement of their absolute power. LIFE EXPECTANCY DROPS TO 69.3 YEARS IN THE USA
HOW MUCH IS 8 YEARS OF YOUR LIFE WORTH? In 2003 life expectancy in the USA was 77.6 years. The drop to 69.3 years since 2003, a drop of over 8 years is startling information. REDDEN: What about the current controversy over chemtrails – the theory that airplanes are spraying the population with some kind of chemical or biological weapon. As I understand it, a number of researchers believe that many of the contrails in the skies these days are not the normal contrails formed by high-flying jets, but are actually trails of chemical or biological agents which spread out and then fall on the earth.
HOROWITZ: I believe the chemtrails are responsible for a chemical intoxication of the public, which would then cause a general immune suppression, low grade to high grade, depending on exposure. An immune dysfunction, which would then allow people to become susceptible to opportunistic infections, such as mycoplasma and other opportunistic infections.
REDDEN: So you believe that high-flying planes are, in fact, spraying something on the population, that the theory is real?
HOROWITZ: There’s no question that it’s real. There’s no doubt about that. I first began to investigate chemtrails when some were sprayed over my home in Northern Idaho. I found out from one of the chief toxologists at the CDC that ethlyne dibromide was being added to the jet fuel. Now EDB is a known human chemical carcinogen that was removed from unleaded gas because of it’s cancer causing effects. Now suddenly it has appeared in the jet fuel that apparently high-altitude military aircraft are emitting.
REDDEN: Why has ethylene dibromide been added to jet fuel?
HOROWITZ: When you examine who owns the fuel, who are the fuel company directors, suddenly you enter into the realm of the Rockefeller family, the royal families, Standard Oil and British Petroleum. And what are their other agendas? Documents show that historically, they have funded eugenics, genocide, depopulation, family planning…
HOROWITZ: You’re looking at decision-makers who have, for whatever reasons, decided to put this toxic waste into jet fuels for human exposure, what ultimately is going to be human exposure. And it just so happens that these same people have put a lot of money into reducing world populations.
REDDEN: As I understand it, this is not just an American epidemic, but it’s gone across Europe.
HOROWITZ: That’s right. I’ve got colleagues over there, I’ve got colleagues in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Toronto, British Columbia all reporting the same bizarre seeding of the atmosphere. It’s horrible. What is going on is just despicable.
REDDEN: One reason I’m interested in this subject is, I personally know three people who had the exact same thing happen to them. First they came down with flu-like symptoms which didn’t go away. Then the doctor said their flu had developed into a bacterial infection.
REDDEN: Then they were all given a brand new antibiotic they had never taken before and they all had serious allergic reactions. What happened to them?
HOROWITZ: OK, what you’re looking at with this upper respiratory infection is that it is a multi-factoral illness. It’s associated with a variety of chemical and biological co-factors. Just like with AIDS, it’s not the AIDS virus that ultimately kills, it’s co-factor microbes such as the mycoplasma. What you have could be described as an ideal Russian biological cocktail. And I suppose it’s called a Russian biological cocktail because the Americans most likely invented it.
What they determined would be the best biological chemical warfare approach was a combination of chemicals and biologicals, so that it would be very difficult to diagnose and then treat the illnesses.
REDDEN: A point of clarification. Are you saying that the fungus is working with the chemtrails and the antibiotic to make people sick?
HOROWITZ: Exactly. You’ve got somebody who’s going to be chronically ill. And in the contemporary warfare arena, where experts in biological chemical warfare convene and discuss the ways that are ideal to conduct warfare today, to really take an enemy out, you don’t want to kill the people. You want to produce people who are chronically ill and become dependent on the state and totally sap the resources of the country.

I am curious about who is paying for the world-wide aerosol spraying. The estimated hourly cost of keeping each spray tanker in the air is over $4,000. AN ANONYMOUS LETTER FROM AN AIRLINE MECHANIC
As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system, at all. The Illuminati’s current plan to reduce the world’s population was set into motion at a 1957 symposium on future world development. President Eisenhower secretly commissioned a group of scholars, known as The JASON Society to review the conclusions of the ‘57 symposium. The members of the JASON Society are in fact part of a secretive Illuminati group known as the Order of the Quest. Not surprisingly, the Jason Society agreed with the symposium’s conclusions and drafted three proposals for Eisenhower’s consideration. The three proposals were labeled Alternative 1, Alternative 2, and Alternative 3. Eisenhower rejected Alternative 1 because it involved the use of nuclear weapons. In order to preserve the ‘best’ of humanity when the supposed ’self-destruction’ of the earth takes place around the year 2000, the JASON Society proposed that a vast network of underground cities be built in order to secure living quarters for the chosen Illuminati elite, high level cooperative politicians, and selected military elements. Underground cities are also co-habitated by extraterrestrial alien groups that the secret government has made treaties with for technology exchange and human-alien hybrid breeding programs.
The idea of the earth ’self destructing’ around the turn of the century due to overpopulation was perhaps an early cover story for the justification of the underground cities. In the 1950’s and 60’s, the American public was led to believe that the continuance of government, in the event of worldwide nuclear war, was a logical reason for underground facilities, but we now know that the entire Soviet/American cold war and MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction) scenario was an orchestrated Illuminati deception to bleed both Russian and American citizens of their wealth in order to finance black budget operations, secret technology developments, underground city construction, genetic engineering projects, time and space travel research, and anti-gravity, flying saucer spacecraft development.
Another possible reason may have to do with information that the Illuminati obtained from aliens in 1947, following the Roswell crash. The aliens may have warned the secret government of the inbound trajectory of a huge planet named Nibiru, causing earthquakes, volcanoes, tidal waves, and earth movements of cataclysmic and Biblical proportions. The American public, kept in the dark about these underground construction plans, would have to fend for themselves on the surface when the Bad Times came (it’s also possible that the inbound Nibiru/cataclysm scenario is (was) a disinformation ploy ).

Due to the access to certain alien technologies, including interplanetary space flights which became available to the American government as a result of the Greada treaty signed by President Eisenhower and an alien group in 1954, the JASON Society proposed that operational bases should be set up on the Moon and Mars, which would also provide a safe sanctuary for the highest of the elites when the ’self-destruction’ of the earth was going to take place a little after the turn of the new century. Bases on the Moon and Mars have indeed been built and have been in operation since the late1950’s.
All three Alternatives included recommendations for population “control”. They included:
1. Birth control
2. Sterilization
3. The introduction of deadly microbes to reduce or slow the growth of earth’s population.
Bioengineered Diseases
AIDS, Ebola, Gulf War Illness (GWI), and many other “new” diseases were intentionally bioengineered in laboratories that are mostly found in the United States and include the Army’s secretive facilities at Ft. Detrick Maryland. Drs. Nancy and Garth Nicholson have done a great deal of research and investigation into the cause and treatment of Gulf War Illness, since they and their daughter (who was a helicopter flight nurse in the 1991 Gulf War) ALL came down with GWI. In 1996, the Nichols published a paper which states their deep suspicions that GWI is due to bioengineered pathogens and that a hidden population control agenda appears to be in place.
Some bioengineered pathogens were designed to target certain ethnic groups for elimination. These groups likely include blacks, hispanics, Black Africans, Native Americans, and homosexuals. The preferred Iluminati method to introduce disease is via vaccinations. Dr. Len Horowitz firmly established in his 1995 book, Emerging Viruses, that the HIV virus which causes AIDS was introduced and spread throughout the majority of black populations in Africa via the World Health Organization (WHO) during their mandatory smallpox vaccine campaigns of 1976-1980.
The pathogens which produced Gulf War Illness were introduced to a limited number of Gulf War troops via “special” vaccinations (not recorded on the troop’s official vaccination records) for Anthrax and other supposed dangers posed by Saddam Hussein. It was a CIA test run to see how many Gulf troops would succumb to the disease and how quickly they might die off. The results have been somewhat disappointing for the CIA/Illuminati planners. They thought their new little bugs would wipe out a lot more people, a lot faster than it has.
Eventually, the US military has to be eliminated because they are seen as a threat by Illuminati planners when they kick in their plans to dissolve the United States and incorporate the former United States into the new 10 Region States of America which will include Canada and Mexico.
Retired Army Flight Nurse Joyce Riley presented damning Department of Defense classified “Secret”documentation to an audience at the Granada Forum in Tarzana, CA on July 1, 1999 which supported the contention that the military intentionally inoculated Gulf War troops with the pathogens that eventually caused Gulf War Illness as part of an insidious program directed by the CIA called MK Ultra.
Domestically, the strategy is to make the public believe that bio attacks by foreign terrorists (like Osama bin Laden, who seems to be the government’s latest incarnation of Hitler; having replaced former title holders like Gadaffi, Saddam, and Milosevic for the honor) is inevitable and when it happens the government will say that they have tried to warn us all along. A similar tactic is being used by the government to condition the public to the notion that these new bugs are showing up everywhere – birds in New York, wild deer in national parks, etc. and that they are being spread by international travel, etc. (same set of lies they used when AIDS started showing up in 1983-85).
Starting in December of 1997, this administration of Illuminati puppets have been seeding stories into print and electronic outlets about the “growing fear” of anthrax attack and the need to “protect” the troops. When it comes to the public, however, former CIA director John Deutch told CNN in July of ‘99 that the government wasn’t prepared for that task, so further preparations need to be taken. I guess we’re suppose to believe that the military’s staging of mock battles in US cities is also part of the government’s “protection” plans for us against those nasty foreign terrorists.
9/11 Attack of America
The staged and planned attacks of the World Trade Center and Pentagon buildings were deliberate acts orchestrated by Illuminati planners using naive Arab dupes (the “terrorists”) to pull off a suicide mission in which they were allowed, guided, and facilitated by hidden intelligence agents and operatives. They are using this orchestrated ruse to stampede the public into accepting Big Brother control and ID programs, along with the sweeping away of constitutional guarantees and liberties under the guise of anti-terrorist legislation. The dissemination of biowarfare agents in America to reduce population needed a convenient cover and the “terrorist” scenario provided it. I’m simply astonished at the gullibility of so many Americans in accepting this poorly covered up orchestration. The growing number of web sites and well written articles that are exposing the details of this deception-from the planted bombs in the WTC towers to the stand down of military air defence forces while the hijacked planes were en-route makes it abundantly clear that the attacks of Sept 11, 2001 were a ruse, a charade, a set up that even a child should recognize.

It has been my experience for the past half-decade or so that when I want to read good horror, I don’t go to the horror section of the bookstore. I go to the non-fiction section. There is a short but powerful list of nonfiction books that are guaranteed to put a good scare into you, and I seem to have stumbled across the majority of them. Stanton Peele’s The Diseasing of America. Robert Weinberg’s One Renegade Cell. Glenn Gaesser’s Big Fat Lies. Add to the list Allen and Abraham’s None Dare Call It Conspiracy.
Allen and Abraham here attempt to make the case that the events of recent world history, from the Bolshevik Revolution forward, have been brought into being and controlled by a relatively small group of insiders, mostly international banking magnates and (later on) the Council on Foreign Relations. While it’s certainly conspiracy theory, Allen and Abraham have done a fine job of backing up their assertions with a huge amount of primary and secondary source material (just looking up the titles in the bibliography took me the better part of two hours). Whether you’re a fan of conspiracy theory or not, the facts presented, and the conclusions drawn, in this book, are thought-provoking and outrageous.
I defy any reader of this slim volume, conservative, liberal, neocon, free-thinker, what have you– not to be incensed by it. Even if you only believe a fraction of what Allen and Abraham put forth in this book, it cannot but make you want to do something to stem the tide. And there is certainly a tide; the book, originally written during the Nixon administration, can be looked at now with three decades of hindsight.
There’s no denying that much of what Allen and Abraham forecast for America’s future has either come to pass or is in front of the Cabinet as we speak. (Michael Badnarik dissects the final chapter of this book, and points out a number of ways these predictions have already happened, in his book odd to Be King). Whether you believe that there really is a conspiracy afoot (and, really, “follow the money” does work here) or whether you believe it’s all the result of incompetence, stupidity, and lack of communication, there’s no denying it’s happening. All you have to do is step outside and look around.
Terrifying. A must-read. Do whatever you need to do to hunt a copy down. The first book guaranteed to make my Best Reads of 2005 list.

Though somewhat dated, this book remains a classic in exposing the new world order conspiracy. This blows the lid on the international financiers schemes, plans (much of which have come to pass since this book was published) and shows how they instigated and financed communism. Allens take was that the global elites were going to mold the world into a borderless communist state with no sovereign nations or people. In retrospect they have shifted gears a little, now fusing the worst elements of capitalism with ideas of universalist/oneness of all men and social controls of communism/socialism. You could easily just insert the word “globalism” where Allen speaks of “communism” or “socialism” in this book and it doesn’t seem dated at all.
You also get insight into the Federal Reserve, the CFR, the Bilderberger group and who instigated their founding and who controls them, the Rockefellers, the so called “philanthropic” foundations controlled by the global elites, the European banking syndicate, the making of puppet Presidents and other political figures, the ferminting of scam wars and lots more.
I don’t agree with all of Allens conclusions or his solutions to defeating this globalist beast but None Dare Call it Conspiracy is a must read because it contains much vital information on deciphering the new world order conspiracy. I highly recomend The Rockefeller File by Allen also.

The authors have done an exceptionally brilliant job of presenting the conspiracy of international bankers, military industrialists, and oil tycoons and the secret societies they have spawned in a remarkably concise, easy-to-read and easy-to-understand book. The truth is, there are a great many aspects to their conspiracy. But, there are very few conspirators.
Many Americans have been very cleverly and deliberately misled by the mass electronic and print media into believing that no such conspiracy exists. Media moguls accomplish this by employing shrewd tactics devised more than a half-century ago by the CIA; ridicule the messenger-not the message. They shy away from dealing with the message because that draws them inescapably and most uncomfortably close to the truth. They won’t risk that.
Many Americans fail to realize that fact and fail to realize that the mass media is owned and controlled by the conspirators. Some call them “the elite” or “the power elite” or “the high cabal” or other such names that tend to make them seem far more respectable than they really are. The fact is they are greedy, self-serving criminals who have seized enormous, tight-fisted control over our government at federal, state, and local levels while far too many among us have been asleep at the polls. To avoid profanity, which certainly seems appropriate in their case, I simply call them “the conspirators.”
Since the mass media has lulled a great many among us into a false sense of security, these monsters have actually gotten away with stealing your vote. If you doubt that, I urge you to read the Collier brothers “Votescam“.
Worse still, the conspirators have shredded most of the Bill of Rights with the absurd acts that they rushed through Congress in the aftermath of 9/11, a vicious attack on Americans executed by the conspirators-not a bunch of Arab idiots with box-cutters. The main attacks on the Bill of Rights came in the form of the Patriot Acts I & II, the Homeland Security Act and the all-to-obviously Nazi-inspired “Model State” Emergency Health Powers Act. Adolf Hitler would absolutely love that one!
I could go on at great length about the extent to which these acts and others, like the War Powers Act, have gone to wipe out your rights under the Constitution and its Amendments. Yet, I believe Michael C. Ruppert has already done an outstanding job of that. So, I strongly encourage reading his book “Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil” [...].
But whatever you do, read “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” before it’s too late. You’ll be sorry if you don’t.

This is one of those subjects so maligned and so ridiculed in the ultra-liberal university system, it’s taken for granted that what is discussed here is paranoid fabrication. I read this first as a teenager. Futher reading on the various connections made, studying world history, and keeping up with world events has made me realize that it was one of the most important things I’ve ever read.
A lot written on the subject of conspiracy is hysterical misinformation. This book is the antithesis of that. It is simple, serious, and very calmly put forth.
When you read about the Tower of Babel, Alexander the Great, and Napoleon, you clearly see that people don’t change, they just change clothes, really.
As I write this, we are one step closer to the objective. As you read this, we’ll be closer than that. Everyone chooses what to believe instead of believing what’s always been true.

I first reads this shortly after it came out, and it scared the bejeezus out of me. As the decades passed and I learned proper historiographic and journalistic techniques, I realized that “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” was mostly bunk: many of the perceived threads of conspiracy were nothing more than examples of proximity in time and space, the sorts of coincidences which any history is likely to throw up, simply because the rich and powerful DO hang out together and they DO intermarry, and have done so since the beginning of time, mostly without any intent to crush the peasantry underfoot. Then George W. Bush usurped the Presidency of the United States….
With most of the protagonists of NDCIC long dead, the Bush regime has consciously adopted policies which were described in detail in this book thirty-six years ago. The “election” of 2004, in which the voters were offered a choice between a Skull & Bones cultist from Yale and a different Skull & Bones cultist from Yale makes the rigged elections Allen and Abraham describe seem like Gilbert and Sullivan operettas by comparison. There was literally NO difference between the policies of the Republican Party candidate and the Democratic Party candidate – if one judges John Kerry by his actual Senate voting record instead of the crap he spouted once he garnered more than five percent in a primary; prior to that he had voted for EVERY power-grabbing, Constitution-shredding outrage proposed by the Bush gang, including the illegal war against Iraq, the war crimes committed there, and the torture used by the jack-booted thugs of the Bush regime on every continent (except Antarctica, maybe).
Still and all, while “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” presented the playbook, it seemed to have failed entirely when it came to predicting the teams which would make it to the finals. In fact, in the spring and summer of 2008 I even wondered what had become of the Rockefellers and some of the other “Insiders” described in NDCIC. Then came September 2008 and the cockroaches came crawling out of the woodwork, allowing us to see that – mirabile dictu! – while the teams were different, many of the players were the same as those denounced in “None Dare Call It Conspiracy!”
Lehman Brothers, which crops up again and again in NDCIC as one of the main tools of the “Insiders,” was allowed to crash and burn, which would have been astonishing except that its collapse was used as the justification for the most crushing act of repression ever to have been inflicted upon the American people. The largest bank failure in American history (which is to say, in WORLD history) took place in the dead of night when Washington Mutual was seized and sold off to JP Morgan Chase without so much as hint that the stockholders had any say in the matter. JP Morgan Chase is the unholy union of two “Insider” banks notorious from NDCIC: JP Morgan and the Chase Manhattan Bank, which was chaired by David Rockefeller in the 1970s. Even as those who make their living “debunking” conspiracy theories were starting to cite the collapse of Lehman Brothers as “proof” that there is NO conspiracy between the American government and a few Wall Street bankers, the great-grandchildren of the robber barons of the 19th century – those whom Allen and Abraham describe as the founders of the unspoken “conspiracy” – had a bank with MORE THAN THREE HUNDRED BILLION DOLLARS IN ASSETS handed to them for less than $2 billion! At that price Bill Gates could have bought WaMu with his “walking around money” …but the Bush regime didn’t offer it to the world’s most successful entrepreneur.
Millions of Americans awoke just a few days ago to discover that their mortgages were now owned by the children (literal or figurative) of JP Morgan and John D. Rockefeller. But beyond those raw assets, Washington Mutual had something else: huge stock holdings in the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and other Federal Reserve Banks. (The Federal Reserve Banks are NOT an arm of the United States government; they are owned by the banks in their regions. By acquiring WaMu the Morgan-Chase conglomerate effectively acquired control of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, a lovely companion piece to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which it has controlled for decades. The Bushies have literally given JP Morgan Chase a license to print money.) By using Lehman Brothers as a sacrificial pawn, the “Insiders” were able to win the game, and the “revolution from above” which is discussed at the very beginning of “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” is now a fait accompli.
While you let that last paragraph sink in, consider this, too: the Bush regime has recreated many of the very same trusts and monopolies which Progressives and free market proponents had spent decades breaking up. AT&T, the creation of J. P. Morgan the banker, has been re-inflicted upon the American people by the Bushiecrats, and American telecommunications companies are being snatched up one by one into its vice-like grip. Standard Oil, broken up a century ago, is essentially back in business now that Exxon has been permitted by the Bushiecrats to snap up piece after piece of the old Rockefeller empire. Not only do the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the robber barons and the “Insiders” have the American economy in a stranglehold once again, they are actually recreating the very companies which a hundred years of Americans justifiably hated and feared!
It was all too easy to dismiss “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” as bunk for many years. The events of September 2008 have revealed it as prophetic. Logically flawed in many places, positively ludicrous in others, but, on the whole, horrifyingly prophetic. Read it while you can.

I was a senior at BYU and had never even heard of the idea of a conspiracy among the highest ranking government, media, banking, business, etc. leaders seeking to establish world socialist government. Then I read this book.
I would probably not have paid any heed to the book except for an endorsement on the back cover by someone I personally revered deeply: Ezra Taft Benson, former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and then President of the Quorum of Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He said, “I wish that every man and women in the free world and behind the iron and bamboo curtains might read this excellent book.”
Since that time of my first reading (about 1987), I have never seen the world the same. Now the lies of the politicians are obvious. The shenanigans of the international businessmen and bankers reek. The blindness on the part of Americans to their plight is appalling.
Not only was I convinced that there is a conspiracy, but every waking breath of mine has been devoted to exposing and overturning this secret combination ever since. I even set my professional studies aside and wrote a book, then ran for office, then started the American Study Group, then dug chiasms and parallels out of the scriptures which prove these things true, etc. I have continued to devote my energies nearly full-time to the cause of freedom, at great personal sacrifice (my web page www.greaterthings.com will show you some of the fruits of that study).
It all started when my roommate gave me a copy of None Dare Call it Conspiracy.
Maybe some day I will get back into Physiology. For now, there is a war going on. The most powerful weapon is the pen — specifically, the Word of God; but the time may come when we will have to implement the reason for the Second Amendment to the Constitution. I do not look forward to that day of martial law and chaos. But in the end, truth and freedom will prevail. Of that I am sure. Where the individual ends up in that struggle is up to them. I would like to see as many as possible side with freedom.

When I first read the paperback version in the mid-70’s, I was most impressed that the author stated he would not try to “sell” you or tell you what to think. Rather point out certain things, which you could readily check out for yourself. He stated “after reading this book you will never view the world the same again.” I paraphrase of course. He was right! This book should be required reading, right along with “The Constitution of the United States of America!” I love my country, but I hate what some people are doing to her. I have no vested interest in anyone buying or reading this book. Please buy and read this book for your sake and the sake of every American yet to come. This book is potent stuff. I have not read the 1990 version… yet! If every voting American should read this one book, the outcome of the 2000 election and all following would be drastically different. No one would tell you, could tell you, you would “KNOW,” you could never be snowed by a policitian again. BUY-IT, read-it, and you too will encourage others. It’s important to YOU! The book is an easy read, hard to put down, and I’m sure it’s just as relevant today as 20 years ago.

LIFE EXPECTANCY DROPS TO 69.3 YEARS IN THE USA
HOW MUCH IS 8 YEARS OF YOUR LIFE WORTH? In 2003 life expectancy in the USA was 77.6 years. The drop to 69.3 years since 2003, a drop of over 8 years is startling information. This period of time just happens to coincide with a time when there has been non-stop spraying of chemtrails coast to coast on an almost daily basis. There is plenty of scientific research proving that any increase in airborne particulates causes a corresponding increase in the death rate of the exposed population so in my opinion the chemtrails are a glaringly obvious factor in this significant drop in expected life span.

Several independent sources claim that samples of fallout from the lingering smoke trails have been independently tested and found to contain ethylene dibromide (EDB).” Since the Chemtrails begin appearing over Las Vegas residents have experienced a huge surge in respiratory problems and asthma.
An extremely hazardous pesticide, EDB was banned by the US Environmental Protection Agency in 1983… The 1991 Chemical Hazards of the Workplace warns that repeated exposure to low levels of ethylene dibromide results in “general weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, chest pains, coughing and shortness of breath, upper respiratory tract irritation” and respiratory failure.

I believe that they have added some new ingredient into the chemtrails recently. The reason that I believe this is because since the last spraying everyone here is sick. Not just in Sprague River, but also in Klamath Falls, Oregon and surrounding areas.
The symptoms are: runny noses, congested, sore, burning throats, dizzy, sick to the stomach, and a tinglie feeling all over the body. I believe that the spray is also affecting the animals. REDDEN: What about the current controversy over chemtrails – the theory that airplanes are spraying the population with some kind of chemical or biological weapon. As I understand it, a number of researchers believe that many of the contrails in the skies these days are not the normal contrails formed by high-flying jets, but are actually trails of chemical or biological agents which spread out and then fall on the earth.
HOROWITZ: I believe the chemtrails are responsible for a chemical intoxication of the public, which would then cause a general immune suppression, low grade to high grade, depending on exposure. An immune dysfunction, which would then allow people to become susceptible to opportunistic infections, such as mycoplasma and other opportunistic infections.
REDDEN: So you believe that high-flying planes are, in fact, spraying something on the population, that the theory is real?
HOROWITZ: There’s no question that it’s real. There’s no doubt about that. I first began to investigate chemtrails when some were sprayed over my home in Northern Idaho. I found out from one of the chief toxologists at the CDC that ethlyne dibromide was being added to the jet fuel. Now EDB is a known human chemical carcinogen that was removed from unleaded gas because of it’s cancer causing effects. Now suddenly it has appeared in the jet fuel that apparently high-altitude military aircraft are emitting.
REDDEN: Why has ethylene dibromide been added to jet fuel?
HOROWITZ: When you examine who owns the fuel, who are the fuel company directors, suddenly you enter into the realm of the Rockefeller family, the royal families, Standard Oil and British Petroleum. And what are their other agendas? Documents show that historically, they have funded eugenics, genocide, depopulation, family planning…
HOROWITZ: You’re looking at decision-makers who have, for whatever reasons, decided to put this toxic waste into jet fuels for human exposure, what ultimately is going to be human exposure. And it just so happens that these same people have put a lot of money into reducing world populations.
REDDEN: As I understand it, this is not just an American epidemic, but it’s gone across Europe.
HOROWITZ: That’s right. I’ve got colleagues over there, I’ve got colleagues in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Toronto, British Columbia all reporting the same bizarre seeding of the atmosphere. It’s horrible. What is going on is just despicable.
REDDEN: One reason I’m interested in this subject is, I personally know three people who had the exact same thing happen to them. First they came down with flu-like symptoms which didn’t go away. Then the doctor said their flu had developed into a bacterial infection.
REDDEN: Then they were all given a brand new antibiotic they had never taken before and they all had serious allergic reactions. What happened to them?
HOROWITZ: OK, what you’re looking at with this upper respiratory infection is that it is a multi-factoral illness. It’s associated with a variety of chemical and biological co-factors. Just like with AIDS, it’s not the AIDS virus that ultimately kills, it’s co-factor microbes such as the mycoplasma. What you have could be described as an ideal Russian biological cocktail. And I suppose it’s called a Russian biological cocktail because the Americans most likely invented it.
What they determined would be the best biological chemical warfare approach was a combination of chemicals and biologicals, so that it would be very difficult to diagnose and then treat the illnesses.
REDDEN: A point of clarification. Are you saying that the fungus is working with the chemtrails and the antibiotic to make people sick?
HOROWITZ: Exactly. You’ve got somebody who’s going to be chronically ill. And in the contemporary warfare arena, where experts in biological chemical warfare convene and discuss the ways that are ideal to conduct warfare today, to really take an enemy out, you don’t want to kill the people. You want to produce people who are chronically ill and become dependent on the state and totally sap the resources of the country.

Fluoride was developed during WW2 by the Nazis for use as a mind control drug. Research proved that Fluoride, when given over time in small doses permanently altered the brain in ways affecting personality. I am curious about who is paying for the world-wide aerosol spraying. The estimated hourly cost of keeping each spray tanker in the air is over $4,000. With hundreds of planes in the air 24 hours a day, seven days a week, (and this has been going on since approximately 1996-97) I’m not going to attempt to do the math on this right now but the cost must run into the trillions of dollars.

AN ANONYMOUS LETTER FROM AN AIRLINE MECHANIC
As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system, at all. The Illuminati’s current plan to reduce the world’s population was set into motion at a 1957 symposium on future world development. The astonishing ‘conclusion’ of this seemingly benign symposium was that over-population and excessive exploitation of the environment would result in the self- destruction of the earth by the year 2000 or shortly thereafter (Note: Illuminati front organizations for New World Order propaganda, like Cornell University, continue to “illuminate” us, to this very day, with this over-population point of view).
President Eisenhower secretly commissioned a group of scholars, known as The JASON Society to review the conclusions of the ‘57 symposium. The members of the JASON Society are in fact part of a secretive Illuminati group known as the Order of the Quest. The same individuals who formed the JASON Society were also key members on the Council for Foreign Relations known as the Wise Men. (1)
Not surprisingly, the Jason Society agreed with the symposium’s conclusions and drafted three proposals for Eisenhower’s consideration. The three proposals were labeled Alternative 1, Alternative 2, and Alternative 3. Eisenhower rejected Alternative 1 because it involved the use of nuclear weapons. However, Eisenhower did approve the implementation of Alternative 2 and Alternative 3 (as did the Soviet Union).
Alternative 2
In order to preserve the ‘best’ of humanity when the supposed ’self-destruction’ of the earth takes place around the year 2000, the JASON Society proposed that a vast network of underground cities be built in order to secure living quarters for the chosen Illuminati elite, high level cooperative politicians, and selected military elements. Underground cities are also co-habitated by extraterrestrial alien groups that the secret government has made treaties with for technology exchange and human-alien hybrid breeding programs.
The idea of the earth ’self destructing’ around the turn of the century due to overpopulation was perhaps an early cover story for the justification of the underground cities. In the 1950’s and 60’s, the American public was led to believe that the continuance of government, in the event of worldwide nuclear war, was a logical reason for underground facilities, but we now know that the entire Soviet/American cold war and MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction) scenario was an orchestrated Illuminati deception to bleed both Russian and American citizens of their wealth in order to finance black budget operations, secret technology developments, underground city construction, genetic engineering projects, time and space travel research, and anti-gravity, flying saucer spacecraft development.
Another possible reason may have to do with information that the Illuminati obtained from aliens in 1947, following the Roswell crash. The aliens may have warned the secret government of the inbound trajectory of a huge planet named Nibiru, causing earthquakes, volcanoes, tidal waves, and earth movements of cataclysmic and Biblical proportions. The American public, kept in the dark about these underground construction plans, would have to fend for themselves on the surface when the Bad Times came (it’s also possible that the inbound Nibiru/cataclysm scenario is (was) a disinformation ploy ).
Based on 1989 information, it was claimed that there were at least 75 underground cities in existence below the soil of America interconnected by high speed, frictionless trains called Maglev trains (Magnetic Levitation). The former Atomic Energy Commission had also constructed 22 separate underground cities for their own use. [Update: In 1995, Phil Schneider said that there were 129 underground cities and in May of 2001, Stewart Swerdlow, former mind controlled "Montauk Boy", claimed that there now exists 133 underground cities in North America. Alternative 3
Due to the access to certain alien technologies, including interplanetary space flights which became available to the American government as a result of the Greada treaty signed by President Eisenhower and an alien group in 1954, the JASON Society proposed that operational bases should be set up on the Moon and Mars, which would also provide a safe sanctuary for the highest of the elites when the ’self-destruction’ of the earth was going to take place a little after the turn of the new century. Bases on the Moon and Mars have indeed been built and have been in operation since the late1950’s.
All three Alternatives included recommendations for population “control”. They included:
1. Birth control
2. Sterilization
3. The introduction of deadly microbes to reduce or slow the growth of earth’s population.
Bioengineered Diseases
AIDS, Ebola, Gulf War Illness (GWI), and many other “new” diseases were intentionally bioengineered in laboratories that are mostly found in the United States and include the Army’s secretive facilities at Ft. Detrick Maryland. Drs. Nancy and Garth Nicholson have done a great deal of research and investigation into the cause and treatment of Gulf War Illness, since they and their daughter (who was a helicopter flight nurse in the 1991 Gulf War) ALL came down with GWI. In 1996, the Nichols published a paper which states their deep suspicions that GWI is due to bioengineered pathogens and that a hidden population control agenda appears to be in place.
Some bioengineered pathogens were designed to target certain ethnic groups for elimination. These groups likely include blacks, hispanics, Black Africans, Native Americans, and homosexuals. The preferred Iluminati method to introduce disease is via vaccinations. Dr. Len Horowitz firmly established in his 1995 book, Emerging Viruses, that the HIV virus which causes AIDS was introduced and spread throughout the majority of black populations in Africa via the World Health Organization (WHO) during their mandatory smallpox vaccine campaigns of 1976-1980.
The pathogens which produced Gulf War Illness were introduced to a limited number of Gulf War troops via “special” vaccinations (not recorded on the troop’s official vaccination records) for Anthrax and other supposed dangers posed by Saddam Hussein. It was a CIA test run to see how many Gulf troops would succumb to the disease and how quickly they might die off. The results have been somewhat disappointing for the CIA/Illuminati planners. They thought their new little bugs would wipe out a lot more people, a lot faster than it has.
Eventually, the US military has to be eliminated because they are seen as a threat by Illuminati planners when they kick in their plans to dissolve the United States and incorporate the former United States into the new 10 Region States of America which will include Canada and Mexico.
Retired Army Flight Nurse Joyce Riley presented damning Department of Defense classified “Secret”documentation to an audience at the Granada Forum in Tarzana, CA on July 1, 1999 which supported the contention that the military intentionally inoculated Gulf War troops with the pathogens that eventually caused Gulf War Illness as part of an insidious program directed by the CIA called MK Ultra.
Domestically, the strategy is to make the public believe that bio attacks by foreign terrorists (like Osama bin Laden, who seems to be the government’s latest incarnation of Hitler; having replaced former title holders like Gadaffi, Saddam, and Milosevic for the honor) is inevitable and when it happens the government will say that they have tried to warn us all along. A similar tactic is being used by the government to condition the public to the notion that these new bugs are showing up everywhere – birds in New York, wild deer in national parks, etc. and that they are being spread by international travel, etc. (same set of lies they used when AIDS started showing up in 1983-85).
Starting in December of 1997, this administration of Illuminati puppets have been seeding stories into print and electronic outlets about the “growing fear” of anthrax attack and the need to “protect” the troops. When it comes to the public, however, former CIA director John Deutch told CNN in July of ‘99 that the government wasn’t prepared for that task, so further preparations need to be taken. I guess we’re suppose to believe that the military’s staging of mock battles in US cities is also part of the government’s “protection” plans for us against those nasty foreign terrorists.

The staged and planned attacks of the World Trade Center and Pentagon buildings were deliberate acts orchestrated by Illuminati planners using naive Arab dupes (the “terrorists”) to pull off a suicide mission in which they were allowed, guided, and facilitated by hidden intelligence agents and operatives. They are using this orchestrated ruse to stampede the public into accepting Big Brother control and ID programs, along with the sweeping away of constitutional guarantees and liberties under the guise of anti-terrorist legislation. The dissemination of biowarfare agents in America to reduce population needed a convenient cover and the “terrorist” scenario provided it. It has been my experience for the past half-decade or so that when I want to read good horror, I don’t go to the horror section of the bookstore. I go to the non-fiction section. There is a short but powerful list of nonfiction books that are guaranteed to put a good scare into you, and I seem to have stumbled across the majority of them. Stanton Peele’s The Diseasing of America. Robert Weinberg’s One Renegade Cell. Glenn Gaesser’s Big Fat Lies. Add to the list Allen and Abraham’s None Dare Call It Conspiracy.
Allen and Abraham here attempt to make the case that the events of recent world history, from the Bolshevik Revolution forward, have been brought into being and controlled by a relatively small group of insiders, mostly international banking magnates and (later on) the Council on Foreign Relations. While it’s certainly conspiracy theory, Allen and Abraham have done a fine job of backing up their assertions with a huge amount of primary and secondary source material (just looking up the titles in the bibliography took me the better part of two hours). Whether you’re a fan of conspiracy theory or not, the facts presented, and the conclusions drawn, in this book, are thought-provoking and outrageous.
I defy any reader of this slim volume, conservative, liberal, neocon, free-thinker, what have you– not to be incensed by it. Even if you only believe a fraction of what Allen and Abraham put forth in this book, it cannot but make you want to do something to stem the tide. And there is certainly a tide; the book, originally written during the Nixon administration, can be looked at now with three decades of hindsight.
There’s no denying that much of what Allen and Abraham forecast for America’s future has either come to pass or is in front of the Cabinet as we speak. (Michael Badnarik dissects the final chapter of this book, and points out a number of ways these predictions have already happened, in his book odd to Be King). Whether you believe that there really is a conspiracy afoot (and, really, “follow the money” does work here) or whether you believe it’s all the result of incompetence, stupidity, and lack of communication, there’s no denying it’s happening. All you have to do is step outside and look around.
Terrifying. A must-read. Do whatever you need to do to hunt a copy down. The first book guaranteed to make my Best Reads of 2005 list.

Though somewhat dated, this book remains a classic in exposing the new world order conspiracy. This blows the lid on the international financiers schemes, plans (much of which have come to pass since this book was published) and shows how they instigated and financed communism. Allens take was that the global elites were going to mold the world into a borderless communist state with no sovereign nations or people. In retrospect they have shifted gears a little, now fusing the worst elements of capitalism with ideas of universalist/oneness of all men and social controls of communism/socialism. You could easily just insert the word “globalism” where Allen speaks of “communism” or “socialism” in this book and it doesn’t seem dated at all.
You also get insight into the Federal Reserve, the CFR, the Bilderberger group and who instigated their founding and who controls them, the Rockefellers, the so called “philanthropic” foundations controlled by the global elites, the European banking syndicate, the making of puppet Presidents and other political figures, the ferminting of scam wars and lots more.
I don’t agree with all of Allens conclusions or his solutions to defeating this globalist beast but None Dare Call it Conspiracy is a must read because it contains much vital information on deciphering the new world order conspiracy. I highly recomend The Rockefeller File by Allen also.

The authors have done an exceptionally brilliant job of presenting the conspiracy of international bankers, military industrialists, and oil tycoons and the secret societies they have spawned in a remarkably concise, easy-to-read and easy-to-understand book. The truth is, there are a great many aspects to their conspiracy. But, there are very few conspirators.
Many Americans have been very cleverly and deliberately misled by the mass electronic and print media into believing that no such conspiracy exists. Media moguls accomplish this by employing shrewd tactics devised more than a half-century ago by the CIA; ridicule the messenger-not the message. They shy away from dealing with the message because that draws them inescapably and most uncomfortably close to the truth. They won’t risk that.
Many Americans fail to realize that fact and fail to realize that the mass media is owned and controlled by the conspirators. Some call them “the elite” or “the power elite” or “the high cabal” or other such names that tend to make them seem far more respectable than they really are. The fact is they are greedy, self-serving criminals who have seized enormous, tight-fisted control over our government at federal, state, and local levels while far too many among us have been asleep at the polls. To avoid profanity, which certainly seems appropriate in their case, I simply call them “the conspirators.”
Since the mass media has lulled a great many among us into a false sense of security, these monsters have actually gotten away with stealing your vote. If you doubt that, I urge you to read the Collier brothers “Votescam“.
Worse still, the conspirators have shredded most of the Bill of Rights with the absurd acts that they rushed through Congress in the aftermath of 9/11, a vicious attack on Americans executed by the conspirators-not a bunch of Arab idiots with box-cutters. The main attacks on the Bill of Rights came in the form of the Patriot Acts I & II, the Homeland Security Act and the all-to-obviously Nazi-inspired “Model State” Emergency Health Powers Act. Adolf Hitler would absolutely love that one!
I could go on at great length about the extent to which these acts and others, like the War Powers Act, have gone to wipe out your rights under the Constitution and its Amendments. Yet, I believe Michael C. Ruppert has already done an outstanding job of that. So, I strongly encourage reading his book “Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil” [...].
But whatever you do, read “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” before it’s too late. You’ll be sorry if you don’t.

This is one of those subjects so maligned and so ridiculed in the ultra-liberal university system, it’s taken for granted that what is discussed here is paranoid fabrication. I read this first as a teenager. Futher reading on the various connections made, studying world history, and keeping up with world events has made me realize that it was one of the most important things I’ve ever read.
A lot written on the subject of conspiracy is hysterical misinformation. This book is the antithesis of that. It is simple, serious, and very calmly put forth.
When you read about the Tower of Babel, Alexander the Great, and Napoleon, you clearly see that people don’t change, they just change clothes, really.
As I write this, we are one step closer to the objective. As you read this, we’ll be closer than that. Everyone chooses what to believe instead of believing what’s always been true.

I first reads this shortly after it came out, and it scared the bejeezus out of me. As the decades passed and I learned proper historiographic and journalistic techniques, I realized that “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” was mostly bunk: many of the perceived threads of conspiracy were nothing more than examples of proximity in time and space, the sorts of coincidences which any history is likely to throw up, simply because the rich and powerful DO hang out together and they DO intermarry, and have done so since the beginning of time, mostly without any intent to crush the peasantry underfoot. Then George W. Bush usurped the Presidency of the United States….
With most of the protagonists of NDCIC long dead, the Bush regime has consciously adopted policies which were described in detail in this book thirty-six years ago. The “election” of 2004, in which the voters were offered a choice between a Skull & Bones cultist from Yale and a different Skull & Bones cultist from Yale makes the rigged elections Allen and Abraham describe seem like Gilbert and Sullivan operettas by comparison. There was literally NO difference between the policies of the Republican Party candidate and the Democratic Party candidate – if one judges John Kerry by his actual Senate voting record instead of the crap he spouted once he garnered more than five percent in a primary; prior to that he had voted for EVERY power-grabbing, Constitution-shredding outrage proposed by the Bush gang, including the illegal war against Iraq, the war crimes committed there, and the torture used by the jack-booted thugs of the Bush regime on every continent (except Antarctica, maybe).
Still and all, while “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” presented the playbook, it seemed to have failed entirely when it came to predicting the teams which would make it to the finals. In fact, in the spring and summer of 2008 I even wondered what had become of the Rockefellers and some of the other “Insiders” described in NDCIC. Then came September 2008 and the cockroaches came crawling out of the woodwork, allowing us to see that – mirabile dictu! – while the teams were different, many of the players were the same as those denounced in “None Dare Call It Conspiracy!”
Lehman Brothers, which crops up again and again in NDCIC as one of the main tools of the “Insiders,” was allowed to crash and burn, which would have been astonishing except that its collapse was used as the justification for the most crushing act of repression ever to have been inflicted upon the American people. The largest bank failure in American history (which is to say, in WORLD history) took place in the dead of night when Washington Mutual was seized and sold off to JP Morgan Chase without so much as hint that the stockholders had any say in the matter. JP Morgan Chase is the unholy union of two “Insider” banks notorious from NDCIC: JP Morgan and the Chase Manhattan Bank, which was chaired by David Rockefeller in the 1970s. Even as those who make their living “debunking” conspiracy theories were starting to cite the collapse of Lehman Brothers as “proof” that there is NO conspiracy between the American government and a few Wall Street bankers, the great-grandchildren of the robber barons of the 19th century – those whom Allen and Abraham describe as the founders of the unspoken “conspiracy” – had a bank with MORE THAN THREE HUNDRED BILLION DOLLARS IN ASSETS handed to them for less than $2 billion! At that price Bill Gates could have bought WaMu with his “walking around money” …but the Bush regime didn’t offer it to the world’s most successful entrepreneur.
Millions of Americans awoke just a few days ago to discover that their mortgages were now owned by the children (literal or figurative) of JP Morgan and John D. Rockefeller. But beyond those raw assets, Washington Mutual had something else: huge stock holdings in the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and other Federal Reserve Banks. (The Federal Reserve Banks are NOT an arm of the United States government; they are owned by the banks in their regions. By acquiring WaMu the Morgan-Chase conglomerate effectively acquired control of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, a lovely companion piece to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which it has controlled for decades. The Bushies have literally given JP Morgan Chase a license to print money.) By using Lehman Brothers as a sacrificial pawn, the “Insiders” were able to win the game, and the “revolution from above” which is discussed at the very beginning of “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” is now a fait accompli.
While you let that last paragraph sink in, consider this, too: the Bush regime has recreated many of the very same trusts and monopolies which Progressives and free market proponents had spent decades breaking up. AT&T, the creation of J. P. Morgan the banker, has been re-inflicted upon the American people by the Bushiecrats, and American telecommunications companies are being snatched up one by one into its vice-like grip. Standard Oil, broken up a century ago, is essentially back in business now that Exxon has been permitted by the Bushiecrats to snap up piece after piece of the old Rockefeller empire. Not only do the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the robber barons and the “Insiders” have the American economy in a stranglehold once again, they are actually recreating the very companies which a hundred years of Americans justifiably hated and feared!
It was all too easy to dismiss “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” as bunk for many years. The events of September 2008 have revealed it as prophetic. Logically flawed in many places, positively ludicrous in others, but, on the whole, horrifyingly prophetic. Read it while you can.

I was a senior at BYU and had never even heard of the idea of a conspiracy among the highest ranking government, media, banking, business, etc. leaders seeking to establish world socialist government. Then I read this book.
I would probably not have paid any heed to the book except for an endorsement on the back cover by someone I personally revered deeply: Ezra Taft Benson, former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and then President of the Quorum of Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He said, “I wish that every man and women in the free world and behind the iron and bamboo curtains might read this excellent book.”
Since that time of my first reading (about 1987), I have never seen the world the same. Now the lies of the politicians are obvious. The shenanigans of the international businessmen and bankers reek. The blindness on the part of Americans to their plight is appalling.
Not only was I convinced that there is a conspiracy, but every waking breath of mine has been devoted to exposing and overturning this secret combination ever since. I even set my professional studies aside and wrote a book, then ran for office, then started the American Study Group, then dug chiasms and parallels out of the scriptures which prove these things true, etc. I have continued to devote my energies nearly full-time to the cause of freedom, at great personal sacrifice (my web page www.greaterthings.com will show you some of the fruits of that study).
It all started when my roommate gave me a copy of None Dare Call it Conspiracy.
Maybe some day I will get back into Physiology. For now, there is a war going on. The most powerful weapon is the pen — specifically, the Word of God; but the time may come when we will have to implement the reason for the Second Amendment to the Constitution. I do not look forward to that day of martial law and chaos. But in the end, truth and freedom will prevail. Of that I am sure. Where the individual ends up in that struggle is up to them. I would like to see as many as possible side with freedom.

When I first read the paperback version in the mid-70’s, I was most impressed that the author stated he would not try to “sell” you or tell you what to think. Rather point out certain things, which you could readily check out for yourself. He stated “after reading this book you will never view the world the same again.” I paraphrase of course. He was right! This book should be required reading, right along with “The Constitution of the United States of America!” I love my country, but I hate what some people are doing to her. I have no vested interest in anyone buying or reading this book. Please buy and read this book for your sake and the sake of every American yet to come. This book is potent stuff. I have not read the 1990 version… yet! If every voting American should read this one book, the outcome of the 2000 election and all following would be drastically different. No one would tell you, could tell you, you would “KNOW,” you could never be snowed by a policitian again. BUY-IT, read-it, and you too will encourage others. It’s important to YOU! The book is an easy read, hard to put down, and I’m sure it’s just as relevant today as 20 years ago.
